god this filter is killling me. Do you remember the old days when you used to love me
You were so fond of me
Always thinkin of me
Do you recall our big fall for one another
How we discovered
That we were so much more than lovers
I didn't work and you quit school
And everything was so fantastic
Crackin' up at the same bad jokes all day
I can't forget when we first met
How I'd ignore you
But I sure fell for you
And now I adore you
You never guessed you get mixed up with a rock 'n' roller
But I can't console you
'cause I don't know shit from soyola
it's the same old story
but you say cliché I say classic
you know that all we ever really have is today so what the hey so let's refrain from the dim inane useless squawkin'
and let's get talkin
some nice long walkin
when you get mad or you're feeling bad you gotta tell it to me
not yell it through me
you don't know what that's doin to me
what a drag to pack our bags after all this time and all this magic
you and I both know we'll never make up our minds
it ain't like it's all bad I don't mean to make it sound so tragic either way it goes
it's been a hell of a ride so 'what the hey' she sighed it's all stuff and nonsense anyway
My school's alumni association rented out the local theatre for graduating seniors. We get to see the movie opening day for free. It almost makes up for our school not providing any help in finding a job... actually it doesn't but still it's kinda neat.
sometimes a bug actually is a bug. there is some debate as to whether or not the first time a "bug" was mentioned that it actually was a bug or not. this link clears up some of the confusion. (there was a bug, a moth, found inside a computer, but the word was in use before that time).
god i'm fuckig drfunk. mod me down. i don'tcare i'll re register. whatever. goddammit. i thik i'm getti a jobp o i eon't needslatdh anyhows. niggas@ foo yeah uhh yedah
$2,000 for a 266 Mhz Pentium MMX Processor Board ?? Wow that's what I paid for mine in 1998. Can't believe prices haven't risen... Must be because the OS isn't included.
Better yet, make it a flash banner with some monkey running back and forth across the screen that you have to smack with a big flyswatter to win a free subscription to slashdot.
I've been using a black box since 1998 (an acer aspire). I never really thought twice about the color of it. I gotta say it is pretty sexy looking even without considering the color. All the right curves in all the right places.
Also, look how dusty the case is
Case? I didn't happen to see a case. But who cares. I'm sick of my computer components being all crowded together in a little black box.
people using more bandwidth will have to pay more than people using less? how outrageous!

Time Travel
·
· Score: 1
Maybe people forget that time is RELATIVE. The way anyone experiences time is specific to that person. Time travel doesn't even need to involve someone to theoretically just jump to near light speed a short while, jump back and thousend years will have passed on earth. AFAIK, many astronauts have already experienced "time travel" in less noticeable but still measurable fractions of seconds.
Also, and this might not be related to this specific post, what's with everyone thinking time travel branches a new reality? If time is relative, isn't everyone travelling through time at least to some extent with respect to others? If that is the case everyone would be in their own specific universe? I really don't think that's what people are trying to say but it seems they are.
Actually, China only comes in at #6.

If they signed a contract to purchase 270,000 useless copies of Red Hat, no one would be complaining.
I think the fine people at Red Hat might have something to say about their products being called 'useless'.
