I probably sound like a troll but does the world really need DJ's to stand up on a platform and spin records? Almost anyone can sit at home, find songs they didn't create themselves, and edit them togother into a mix of hours of dance music. All clubs *really* need is a cd player... but then again they have to have a DJ to be trendy and popular right?
"...Ok Mr. Diaz you don't need to make up some stupid story about being lost in the Andes mountains. If you are not interested, you could just say so." *click*
I don't think Microsoft needs to change to open source at all. If you think microsoft should open up its source then why not everyone else who develops software? Why not go after Adobe or Macromedia?
The only difference between Microsoft and everyone else is that they use anti-competitive tatctics to push what ever they want. What Microsoft really needs to be convinced of is to play nice with others.
Everyone thinks that open sourcing MS products would improve them so they would be more usable. A more realistic aproach would be this: if you don't like Microsoft products, don't use them damn it.
I am wanting to setup a PVR system for myself and have been looking into different MPEG hardware decoder/tv tuner cards. Apart from the ATI AIW and WinTV PVR, I haven't found too much. My biggest concern though is if either of these will encode audio? What good is a PVR if your video is MPEG encoded but your audio is eating up your HD uncompressed? Anyone have any ideas about the best hardware to use?
The cool thing about these remote controlled planes is that they are not subject to the g-force limitations of a pilot in the cockpit. In a dogfight, it would be no contest as an automated aircraft could out maneuver any manned fighter.
I bet they actually believe themselves when they think that a low quality video taped overcompressed copy of the movie is going to make them lose ticket sales...
I guess I can tolerate big business trying to protect their money but it is obvious they don't know where to draw the line.
After stareing at this for about 30 mins it made me wonder if God is a 4D being..

It gives the phrase "blue screen of death" a whole new meaning.
3D Snake!
The devil is not nicer, he is just trying to improve his appearence to seduce people easier.

Does anyone else find it ironic that people are getting infected through a program called GameSPY?
How fast exactly *is* reltime?

Why couldn't they just reboot?
I want to see what happens when you try to rocket hop

Dope Wars is as addicting as dope and is easy to minimize...
There is still the old argument that if you didn't do anything wrong, what do you have to worry about?
Yes but when will they have microchips than can control the flow of beer?
