    If the parallel set starts going dead there no backup. Two battery bays allows you to know that something needs to be switched at the same time providing full funtionality. I think that it would be nice to have the bodies of almost everything consisting of mostlty solar cell material.

    behind copyright is that if the makers of originals aren't allowed to control derivitives, the originals wont be around to create derivitives in the first place. Thus , under that theory, allowing unautthorized derivitives impedes progress.

Tbe concept of property is based on ability to control. If people can't control intellectual objects at even this most fundamental level, how can it be considered property?

    It doesn't matter whether you are the first person or the n'th person, it's still art. It was art when they decided what the signage was supposed to look like in the first place, and it is still art now. In fact, the entire road system is a work of art... a bit rough in places, but still, a work of art!

    to present the incorrect version as news, it is not counterproductive to keep it around, as people who remember the original but do not have the original to refer to with the understanding that it is wrong, will still refer to the information provided in the original as fact because there is nothing to tell them different.

    on long distance calls in the U.S. on regular phones. On cellular phones they have been paying both ways, but increasingly on cell phones long distance and local are treated the same. They have recently been offering free long distance for a monthly fee on regular phones.
