    was getting people to believe he doesn't exist. The ability of such a psychological attack to deter further speech appears to have accomplished such a trick. First, why don't you tell me how being thrown in jail or charged with crimes of treason has an effect on speech. By one logic, they are merely bad reactions to what the person had to say.

    The poster I responded to used sampling rate first. At any rate the question was intended to inquire of the degree of the system's ability to reproduce the original sound. While analog may have an infinite range of sound the ability to conform to the original signal is not, else identical copies of videotapes could be made.

    a well-commented program is a program whose comments, if I saw just them and not the program, I could write the program without needing to think up implementation details, because they'd be all right in front of me. I have a dickens of a time trying to write comments that way though.

    code to check for bounds. Too many programs don't, just figuring that the values of a byte, integer, long int are sufficient, and leaving it up to other procedures or libraries to check.

    or other educational facilities. Also look into tutoring for classes. Also government jobs. Also, many colleges have job listings for other places in the community. Mentioning that you saw their ad in the college listings may make a difference.

    ...abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...
    While the freedom of the press is outlined as a separate freedom from speech in the constitution. I would think that the same freedom would apply to both. My theory as to why they are separate freedoms is because someone may try to limit the freedom of the press in a way that would not necessarily limit freedom of speech.
    Can anyone add anything to clarify this?

    Contamination of diversity = more diverity. Adding transgenic corn genes to the mix should equal the strains that already exist pluse the transgenic strains, a gain in diversity. Now if you wiped out the current crops and planted crops that were all the same, there'd be a problem.
