Minor Nitpick: They were russian, but the important part of the story of Freedom Fighters were that they were Soviet. As opposed to, say, Battlefield Ba Company 2 which pits Russian vs US soldiers, not soviets vs US of A and whatnot.
How... how does that even bring anything to the story at all? Not that its a non-story for anyone not invested/interested in EVE. They don't want people selling in game currency for real world money. Thats how they want to do things. Your comment, at best, is throwaway.
After reading your further comments Rycross, I have to agree. As a standalone, it wasn't a terrible game, and with some more polish it could have been a great game. I mean, I like to think that the Suikoden series were pretty bitching, and they had a huge backlog of characters to work with. I think if the same care was taken in the Suikoden Series, Cross would have worked much beter. I am pretty sure it would still be entirely crazy convoluted still.
If movies have taught me anything, and they haven't, the game of mario brothers was based on ancient sumerian texts called the Supa(sic) Koopa Cousins.
So I take it your cat hasn't toppled several fictional third world countries and installed himself as Supreme Ruler of Underwearlia, Old Smellysockston and Lit Terbox?
Now if I can get her to stop puking everytime she eats...
Nah, he obviously has a very active social life, making mad bennies has has sex everyday, with different women, while doing lots of drugs. Obviously he's the Internets Celebrity Mark Discordia! http://www.seanbaby.com/nes/mark.htm
No, but according to my Civilization 3 world map theres usually a good amount of gems and saltpeter there, obviously making it perfect for ownership early and mid-game!
Anything by Oscar Wilde is a great social satire.
Gulliver's Travels is a great social satire.
Anything you say? I guess you've never seen Oscar gone Wilde! It's on those late night commercial spots; and apparently is biting wit and social commentary by Oscar Wilde as he drink alot and takes off his and college girls' clothes around the country. Or perhaps you've not seen Gulliver's Travels: Too Hot for TV. It's basically weird videos from around the that are considered "EXTEEEEEEME". I have this one on DVD.
Don't forget the undead. That's why RtCW was so awesome. Nazi's, Undead. Undead Nazi's! It would have been perfect had they added off planet aliens in there somewhere.
I beleive I read somewheres that this was an expansion that you would pay for. Like Lord of Destruction was an expansion that Diablo 2 had. So concievably you don't have to even worry about level 70's if they give the exapnsion players their own servers.
Of course if they integrate them you'll be SOL. I for one welcome this whole thingamabob.
As a former representative for ATT Wireless, I can tell you that at the end of their life before merging with Cingular they really were pushing to squeeze every penny out of each customer to make themselves look attractive, causing quite a bit of churn and headaches from the GSM representatives that I knew. I lucked out and was the old TDMA stuff, which was slow and inefficient at least it generally only took me 3 minutes to get an account up, not the suggested 10-15 the GSM reps told me about.
As long as one of them isn't Gordon Freeman, a cascade event isn't likely to occur...

Would you buy a used car from a used car rapist?

I hold the Phantom Console up to this standard. So secure IT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!!!

Add me to that list too. All the awesomeness of Trigger was replaced by really confusing story and lackluster characters of Cross.
This one goes up to 11, obviously.
Why do you think the clapper was invented?

sed quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
Dude, that was the point of the game, y'know, whole alternate reality, soviet took over Europe and Asia already?
Unless you weren't talking about Freedom Fighters...
Perhaps next time you should try :-|
I'm the master of the baited.
I sweat because I'm afraid of mice, you insensitive clod! The fact that my sweat is gravy has no bearing on my fattyness!!!!

Wrong, the moon isn't a planet, it's a SPACE STATION!

It's all good as long as you have a bag of holding to contain Ice-9.
