Sooo... thats why the Constitution called for a Seperation of Church and State as one of it major original tenets? Don't claim to know why the drafters of the Bill of Right or the Constitution were thinking explicitly or attempt to determine what influence they used.
I didn't find 28 days later very entertaining myself. It had its interesting points, but I prefer my Zombie actionmore visceral, ala Resident Evil or Night of the Living Dead. Plus I found the premise kind of weak for 28.
I don't have Cataclysm or HW 2, mainly cause I can hardly pay my bills let alone splurge on games(except bargain basement ones, will have to check them the next time I am out for cataclysm). I wonder if the music is on the game disc proper, else I fail it horridly.
Actually, my friend and I were playing GT2, and we were racing a gto and a cobra. In one of the Special Stages, I came out of a hairpin turn ahead of him, and he hit me weird, flew up a bit, and was stuck vertical for a bit, then righted itself. Not quite a flip or roll, but was funny as hell. I think he still has the recording somewhere...
I find the Nobuo was really a master at the RPG Game soundtrack. My personal favorites are from Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6. I really can't find any faults in them at all. The others don't really inspire me as these two, but they are good in their own right(Specifically Man with the Machine Gun, love that upbeat-ness).
I'm actually the exact same way. Thats why I hated playing on the PS 1/2 controllers for any kind of FP game. The whole thing just felt wrong. the N64 I could handle ok(my friend was a freaking god on GoldenEye, but only on LTK. I beat him once at his own game, but thats a story for another time). The XBox controller feels natural with a game like halo, all the buttons respond well and there are enough commands to utilize them but not overwhelm you. In my opinion at any rate.
They are cheap and somewhat original:) I bought three different friends them and they where very happy...15 bux...that was cheap:P
At first this looked like the response to parent post, and I thought, "Holy Crap, where did he get those girlfriends? I mean mine runs me at least 500 per month on room and board and only get 15 DBS (Days Between Sexual intercourse of some sort.) I think I need to get her a tune up, anyone know a good body shop?:P
IMHO, the xbox controller, old or new, is the best for FPS's. Playing Red Faction or Time Splitters on the PS2 just doesn't fit me correctly. Not Dissing the PS2, I love me the RPGs and the backwards Compatibility, but my.02 is XBox is awesome for a gamer like me to play a game like Halo or Jedi Knight 2 on.
That was teh funnay, that whole dog and pony show with the PTC. I'm glad it happened, brought out the RTC, which I felt really made use of second stringers like Stevie Richards and Ivory and putting them to use. Plus their characters got Chyna off my screen for a good long time. That was freakin awesome.
I find that more often then not, in games that utilize Russians as a) 1950 Stalin Communist with AKs pointing to the free world or b) Neo Communists who hold up Stalin as an ideal or such nonsense while middle eastern types are generally referred to as the zealot types. At least in the games I've played and can remember correctly(read: maybe 2. That i can remember correctly. I think.)
Its interesting, the only demographic that can get away with being consistantly placed as bad guys and we all love to gleefully torture and kill are Nazis(traditional and Neo). Not that I defend them in any way, but I find that interesting. And most importantly, fun.
What constitutes as "gratuitous" then? The majority of people? What about the rights of the non-majority who aren't offened by this or that? Would they be labelled as weirdos or psychopaths because they can stomache blood and guts better then a majority of people? Not that i include myself in that, I got squeemish looking at pics a truma nurse brought in about the aftermath of drinking and stupidity. I'm curious to your response.
Not true. I live in CA, going doing the freeway in the merge lane doing 64 in a 65 mph zone(my car was acting up) and I got pulled over for obstructing traffic. The officer didn't even ask me if I needed a tow as he sped off hearing my car refuse to stop. And who says CHiPs don't have a heart?
If it is I so get dibs on nailing Carmen. From the movie, not the bald headed freak from the book. Oh and I will actually finish the story, not end with the freaking Rodger(sic?) Young song...

Red Alert 1/2 and yuri's revenge has some nice tunes. I love Hell March 2 myself.
