I thought the Department of Corrections was allowing inmates expanded Constitutional Rights... but alas, it is just more telephonic gimmicky crap I do not need.

I don't think jail is a place for these people. I do agree that being placed in jail is punishment, but I do not want to pay for another inmate. The better solution is to fine the parties responsible (the actual people, not the corporations), make the fines non-dischargeable via bankruptcy, and a hefty community service hours levy upon said persons.
Chanting put them in jail is the wrong thing. Jail/Prison is for rapists, and those guilty of cold blooded murder (pre-meditated).
Well I understand that the movie industry is making money hand over fist. Maybe the music industry is just looking for new revenue streams. Spin it as reoccuring revenue streams.
