Is is possible for folks that use Linux in their
business to sue using the argument that this action
is harming their business? Can we file a class action
suit of our own? Even if we dont win a hundred thousand law suits cant be good for a company. Any Attorneys here?

When do we get to see the "Proof" of evolution? Where are all of the missing links. There must be millions of them somewhere because we have the "results" all around us. It's this one minor glich that causes me to question evolutionists claims. I can't prove creation and you can't prove evolution.
I worked in the nuclear industry for 11 years and never saw an Ionic Breeze. HEPA filters were used exclusively in high contamination areas. Its very easy to determine if any particles get by when they are radio active.
I must have ADD really bad. I support any attempt to make learning more fun and effective. The state of "E learning now is pathetic. Most of the online courses I have tried are nothing more than page turners. The prices they charge for this crap is criminal. Maybe games are not the answer but I have had many so called instructors that make reading a 600 page tome on pattern matching seem fun. I think game based learning is just another tool that some learners may find helpful.
I so what I can to try and keep my kid from being exposed to all of the vile filth in this world but its gets harder all the time. Even if I police them at home when they go to school they have teachers that feel its of vital import to expose them to the virtures of cross dressing, fisting, anal sex, pedophilia, and other "perfectly natural choices".
Why dont I have a choice when it comes to my childs education? Why am I financially forced to put my kids in the public madrassas of the left?
The government now knows through amazon.com that I am a big fan and user of linux and unix and that I have sinus problems and lean slightly to the right. I hope they don't find out that I like music too! Don't buy your guns from a gun shop and don't buy communist books from a book store.
I like Linux Magazine for how to articles. There is one from the UK that is pricy but worth it called Linux Format. It has writers that can condesend to a beginners level unlike the writers in Linux Journal. As for books The Red Hat Linux Bible has always been one of my favorites. Hacking Linux Exposed for security. Linux Administration by Nemeth and Seabass is a well rounded reference. For TV? I get the most comments at work on the Screensavers that come with the Red Hat 8.0 Distro. My personal favorite is a remote session intro using VNC. Fun Stuff.
I find that kids that are having fun because they know how to use an OS are more likely to want to learn how to install it. Start with showing them the GUI stuff so the can do stuff first and then weed out the ones that want to know more. If we had more desktop users of Linux that would drive more companies to port to it.
I support 4 large AIX boxes,3 HPUX boxes, 6 Sun boxes, and 40 Linux boxes. After the initial setup of these boxes I find myself with a great deal of spare time that I dedicate to Open Source configuration R&D. I am paid 57k. How much is a Windows sysadmin paid for supporting the same number of boxes? How much time does he dedicate to R&D? If Linux was not extreamly reliable I could believe this study. Also keep in mind that the study should take to consideration that Linux is relitivly new to the enterprise. The comparison should be done using the first 5 years of windows product use in the enterprise.
