He attacks everybodys fun and games and expects people to like him. Why does he expect a perfect world. What ever happened to not listening to show you don't like and what happened to parental responsibilty in choosing things for their kids. Trying to regulate everbody's lifestyle choices is futile anyway.

RIAA keeps suing because they want complete control over every aspect of the recording industry. They are suing(and lobbying) to gain control of p2p and any other distribution that they do not control.
Google may have to remove some links under the DCMA but why not also remove all links to Sharman Networks. Obviously, all links in this or any other dispute should be questioned;-).
Google can implement it's own complaint process. Shut down all links related to a complaint and examine the results themselves. After all, the DCMA
can't stop Google from examining the complaintant.

Valve and ATI have pulled off an excellent publicity stunt. They could not buy better publicity than this for millions of dollars.

Let a few big companys use WP for home users and keep the corporate users for yourself. M$ can even charge big bucks for the boxed version.
