Soon I'll be creating a webpage, so you too can run an open-relay EXIM server.
Have any of those other bands released an album with the name of the band they copied music from in big bold letters on the cover, and their own name in fine print at the bottom?

PCs did not have blitters. PC memory addressing system also made this more difficult. Amigas were easy to program graphic applications on, PCs were not. You are comparing apples and oranges.

Once Dotnet gets established, the relative cost of writing cross-(hardware)-platform applications will plummet and Linux will be unable to catch up.
The cost of writing cross-platform applications may fall. However, the costing of OWNING them is what MOST PEOPLE worry about.
