This may be a fake article... I just tried it with my HTC Droid Incredible and I can report that it does NOT work as TFA title advertised. In fact, my screen is kinda blanking out now. Does my phone need to be rooted or something?

Oh, please add audio pipeline API so sound processing and EQ apps can be created to effect (read: improve) all media audio out. Like SRS Wow and similar.

I had a high school physics class like that. I used my Mac LC with an ImageWriter II to print the page in Magenta, then I overprinted a 2nd page in Cyan. I brought the double printed page and a pair of those comic book 3D glasses - one red lens one blue to the test. It worked perfectly except that I couldn't use it! I got a few points credit for creativity and in the end, I had spent so much time creating the note page that the info was burned into my retinas. Well, half on my right retina, half on my left. I did just fine on the test- i think the creativity credit put me at 101%. Good times.

But I'm not talking about "performance tuned automobiles" either, I'm talking about "performance oriented driving" I'm talking about classic and just plain Fun To Drive. Think 280z, BMW 2002, miata, Spitfire, original RX7, 80s 3-series BMW. It's about more than 0-60 and skidpad. It's about sound and the feel of the road through the wheel and seat. It's about clutch fell, seats, shift throw, predictability, understeer/oversteer. In the 900t, it was about watching the boost gauge creep through the yellow toward the orange while you were pressed back in your seat, then shifting fast enough that you could leave the gas on the floor and then enjoying the process all over again- watch, shift, repeat.
So, while our standard for performance is the same (i like to melt tires too), our standard for "fun to drive" may be a bit different.
You've never driven a 900 Turbo. I don't want you coming back saying you have- or that you owned a dozen. You've proven that you have never driven a 900 Turbo. Now, if I've piqued your curiosity, be sure to look for a manual trans.

Sure now they are just monitoring the rate of your child's cardiopulmonary development. and perhaps worse yet, they are probably going to compare your child to all the other children based on this metric. But this is just the tip of iceberg! I know how these public schools work. In a few weeks time you'll get notice that they have also been tracking your child's mental and cognitive development!! And, per their M.O., comparing your child to all the other children. They'll probably even have your child get up in front of all the other children and perform some sort of demonstration or cognitive feat. I've even seen cases where they administer tests and enter the results into your child's permanent record.
Let's just hope and pray that the laws of the land will prevent these so-called "tests" from falling into the hands of potential future employers. Or, god forbid, future high schools.

As a follow up, I would encourage you now to ponder what it is about John McCain that leaves him weak in connecting with these demographic groups you mention. 18-29 year olds? Do you realize John McCain was 18-29 in 1954-1965?? Rock music wasn't even invented yet when McCain was working hard toward finishing at the bottom of his naval academy class. Black people? McCain is a 72 year old white guy and you are wondering why southern blacks don't feel a strong connection to him? Really? Really?
And to calm your nerves, I'd encourage you to look into the colloquial connotation of the phrase "He's my nigga"- it's much more innocuous than you think; more akin to "That's my Man!" than it is to "I will give this person my vote based solely on the fact that he's black." Matter o' fact, when your presumed interpretation is actually verbalized, it sounds almost silly, doesn't it? Trust me, it's more an off-the-cuff expression of enthusiasm than it is a statement of philosophical underpinnings. I hope you can rest easier now.
