    totally agree !! Actually I'm the only freakin' guy around that has a cellphone that doesn't have camera, or support nice mp3 tones, I don't even own a damn PSP, and I'm the geekest geek in my workplace.

    On the official tree (Linuses) things are accepted when written nicely, and when they do not affect other parts of the kernel, and mostly are not really intrusives, that's why xen is not totally merged, but it will be for sure.

    try reading his comments on cofradia.org (spanish), he is actually an aged kid :), the worst part of all is that he thinks that is really great because he did some popular software, probably he thinks too that making a big good thing in life pays for a lot of stupid ones on the future

    do you understand that NAT is a BIG (B-I-G) problem with your scheme ?, any average company sends hundreds of computers thru only one IP, that's the usefulness of a firewall or proxy !

    dreamweaver is kind enough to put hidden characters too, so you don't even see them on almos any editor, I have "corrected" more than a few files using "strings file > tt; mv tt file" just because DW altered it with binary bits, that is simply stupid.

    I don't think you are serious

    If someone has used KDE productively, it means that he knows what is good about it and linux/bsd/*nix in general, he must have discovered the stability and reliability.

    And if you can afford and want to buy the hardware required for vista plus the license, even when all it provides is a new desktop (beryl is pretty much the same) then you have a problem, I would not trust your decisions too much

    I think you are completly naive on this, mac os X is like linux supporting really less hardware, it supports well mac hardware of course, but please get back on the ground and notice that mac is very closed when it comes to hardware, try replacing the video card for something newer !
