Just wanna say, EVERY THPS game was drastically better than the one before it. Even if they only added one or two things per game. first you got manuals, then the reverts, then the spline transfers, and then the running combo to climb stuff...
for double sided DVD's I DO submerge them. As for single sided discs, the data side will get wet and probably suffer damage if it doesn't have a good coating of a non-poris protector.
This will be great if it does start a good desktop competition. People might start writing REAL portable code, and we can finally kill x86. Seriously, x86 is going to stop scaling properly.
While I am not so much a fan of the device, you may be able to fix the discs.
USE A LOT of the fluid. If not you get an effect similar to burning plastic with a buffing machine when you were trying to polish it. It will have a rough enough surface to refract light every which way.
how many mod chip users are interested in making honest backups?
Those of us with young children who love playing with shiny discs...
The DiscDoctor can't do a lot when they scrape off the top of the disc, or you have resurfaced it so many times the disc gets too thin for the laser to focus..
The male demographic is sick of being pushed utter crap. Just when I start to think "Reality TV" is dying, I see a commercial for THE BEST SURVIVOR EVAR!! right before the tube cuts back to American Idol.
I promptly want to throw up, and hit the power button on the ol' PS2 (among other consoles)
Then again I wonder if they are producing this crap for girls KNOWING guys are watching less.
There's very little serious music--opera, "Classical", traditional jazz, sacred--to be had there, other than the "top 20"
Classical, opera, and jazz should NOT be listened to in compressed form. If you like these genres, I would suggest you look into high definition audio sources, SACD, DVD audio etc... or in a decent analouge format.
Please... consoles are great for mindless gaming, but graphics is not their forte.
mindless gaming and graphical quality are unrelated. Take Quake III for example (old I know), when it came out, it had great graphics. But it was all standard point and shoot.
2400 baud you mean? 9600? :)
ah, the good ol' days...
yet another case of "Oh he was kidding... really?"
That or my head is about to explode...
fine by me as long as the acting is better than in 'Water World'
MUCH MUCH cheaper in fact. Order of magnitude cheaper.
also buy a good component cable... Dear lord the difference is astounding...

actually they call it a repetitive stress injury.. or carpal tunnel.
Exactly, the purpose is to be able to store your mail forever, not large attatchments...
Time to start writing a script to break apart files and email them... Usenet?

Yes 'mobo' is short for motherboard. Not motherbox. Cause if you interested in you your mothers box, you would be a 'mofo'
Unless your talking about the other DSL's, and they are attached to a hooker with the schlitz...
What is the air speed velocity... um... I mean Data Transfer rate of a homing pigeon...
Logistics management software... Package tracking... Drive Logging (Very strict rules on how long you can drive in a given period of time)

Further proving all innovation is the result of war... on some level..
You read my mind.

A harddrive for my PS2. But, GT4 will prevail...
This will be great for all those folks who want 5 channels, and horrible for all of those who watch more than that.
Furthermore, downloading songs for free hardly qualifies as a "business model".
Next thing you know, money laundering will no longer be a legitimate business model..

Then you have nethack...
Well, what about the fact that my 50" tv was cheaper than my 21" LCD monitor?
Great, now I can buy all of my favorite death metal online, with all of the swear words censored by traM-laW. /ex Wal-Mart electronics employee
