Just give it a few decades and see how it is then, things like these evolve for the better or worse. It depends on what the next POTUS will do in his reign.
Rome was not built in a day it took several Caesars to implement a full scale dictatorship, but the mob was contempted. However it only takes certain leaders to implement certain key changes into the law to get things moving along.
2000 and linux.
I use linux as my everyday general usuage OS.
I use 2000 to practice my tech support and problem solving skills.
What every needs to get the job done, that is what will see the OS.
What like paying a few hundred bucks for a big box that sits in your living room where you can spend you valuable time being the least productive.
Nothing but part of the food chain.
fining corps for taking advantage of people, but it would help if the fine was damaging for the shareholders.
Otherwise Billy boy will just say, "is that cash, chque or credit card?"
that website is definately a memory NOW!
Funny though I started with fvwm wayback, went through windows UI, CDE, kde, gnome and I'm back with fvwm2 as my main GUI.
pay was good but the hours were crap, so was the constant bs.
So I traded my computer geek coat. Now I go around the world as a consultant fixing problems. Kind of like Macgyver. Meet interesting people, see beautiful places, do interesting things, but still use my greek knowledge to solve problems.
Nobody gives you your dream job, you have to make your own dream job and make it happen. It's hard work but well worth it. We are creatures of a social network.
Enlighten yourself, and you will be a lot happier.
With M$ new pricing policy and sco's take no prisoners attitude the Bush administration will have enough capital to finance the project.
The only thing is that the NASA logo would be replaced by "Microsoft, opening the windows to the skys" and sco on the spokes of the landing gears.
Multi-corps will probably be financing space exploration in the futre.
is M$ trying to rule the world or should I say the general consumer world market?
What's next M$ food products; just imagine the vir....
Yes I'm bitching, so does the world.
Here is a little plan on how to make sure that linux explodes onto the market
1.Consolidate all the distros into one company
2.Add a load of bloatware for the sack of bloatware
3.Establish a lobbying group at the highest level.
4.Hire the best lawyers in town.
5.Get some huge venture capital.
6.Give free copies to all computing companies.
7.Give free copies to all hardware manufactures.
8.Start a bs marketing campaign to stating "why do you want to go there?"
9.Charge a small upgrading and support fee on subscription bases.
10.????
11.Take over the world market.
How about this idea?
What about it we were able to use alloy materials, that we could then send electrons to each of the atoms in the metal to make it do something.
So for example if we had a sheet of a special alloy, with certain atoms arranaged in a certain way, thus acting as key components of a cpu.
So we could have a section of the sheet that is slightly denser then the rest, but this acts as the ALU etc....
I hope you get the idea.
pause a MMPOG in a crap machine then resume on a faster machine somewhere else?
BTW this is not a troll, just think about the many factors that are involved in the market to day. "FASTER, BIGGER, BETTER"........
yet.

So officially they can now call them sublight engines.

that nobody is above the law...oh wait.

Surgical implanets to repair lost memory cells in the human brain. Was there not a film about this a few years ago called Johnny something?

more like software dev models. You know, feasibility, plan, design, make, test, support etc.
