Corporations can legally enjoy the rights of individuals for legal reasons but groups of people cannot enjoy the same rights in suing a corporation? How about if the group of people being screwed by DirectTV incorporate then sue the pants off of them instead of a class action suit?
I was in a very bad accident about 20 years ago. I was in a motorcycle accident and went headfirst into a railroad track without a helmet. I was pretty messed up for quite a while. I was in a coma for 5 days in the hospital. I had an experience from this that I thought couldn't possibly have happened to anyone else before and after some research it has happened a few times. I felt that in that five days I was in that coma that I had lived my whole life, then woke up. After this I messed up for a long time, on top of that I quit drinking, smoking, drugs and even went vegetarian. But during the first several years after this accident I was experiencing deja vu all the time. I had a condition that they called chronic deja vu. I don't know if it had a more scientific name or not. But everything I did, everywhere I went I knew I did it before. This was every day this was happening to me all day. It was really freaky living like that. I couldn't tell what was going to happen, but everything I did, I knew I already did it. It is now over 20 years later and I still experience times of strong deja vu, but it doesn't affect me like it used to. I am pretty sure that I did not live my whole life during those 5 days while I was in a coma, I do question time all the time and wonder if it was possible. I always wanted to get hypnotized or something to be regressed to that time to see if anything funky happens or if I might have some insight into my future.
Perhaps they can't hear us anymore than we can hear them. Perhaps the termination shock border distorts radio signals enough that we are totally covered up. Perhaps that is why we haven't heard anything from outer space because all signals are scrambled enough to make it look like noise. Or maybe there is a large canvas out there that totally surrounds our solar system with a bunch of white dots and galaxy images all over it, and on the other side of this curtain stands the great and venerable Oz.;)
Hemp used for commercial fiber purposes has no narcotic value what so ever. A matter of fact it is likely to give you a ver bad headache and nothing else. To use the war on drugs as a reason not to commerially grow a very useful product is a ludicrous proposal. Canada has been doing it for years. The plants even look completely different when spotted from the air. If they use that as an excuse for not wanting it to be grown then I worry more about the federal agents who are supposed to be able to discern the difference and the education level of said federal agents.
Wood is a popular raw material for paper products because it is cheap.
Hemp is even cheaper and more readily renewable than wood. Personally I think it makes higher quality paper. Why doesn't the US smarten up and start pushing this as an alternative to clear cutting acres and acres of land. It also makes an excellent rotation crop because of the lack of pests.
I am not sure this is the case. If microsoft built a version for the newest Mac OS, which is based on a free unix variant, how long do you think it would before people would start porting it to their arch enemy, Linux.
This was not Google's bug. It was a flaw in IE that created the issue. All google did was make a change that would prevent the IE flaw from be accessible. IE should fix their XML flaw no matter what Google does to work around their sloppy programming.
That microsoft is interested in how many people are actually using a different browser. How much more of a realistic view are they going to see if they don't force everyone to use IE. Or, perhaps this is research to use for more of their FUD.
107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use38
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.
Fair use says I can copy it for research. I think that listening to it hours on end and experiencing the nuances of the tones can be qualified as research:)
"DRP" technology...aka...Digital Rights Prevension
With your spelling I took that as "Digital Rights Perversion." I think mine would be more accurate;)
Because it's cheaper than giving it to a `fellow American`. I should have thought that were obvious.
I find this odd. Many Jobs that I have tried to get they will not give you if you have bad credit because you are a potential security risk. But now those same companies outsource to some of the poorest countries. How is this not a security risk?
Through refraction and other light distorting means, perhaps the galaxies and stars you are looking at are not actually directly behind the dark galaxy.

Perhaps the holograph is a side affect of quantum relationships. Just because we are a holograph doesn't mean that someone made it.
The title should probably be '41% of Facebook users lonely'
Google phone app?
Will this help in the effectiveness of antivirals for things like herpes, hepatitis and aids?
Actually philosophy would be a valid class to teach different religious philosophies.

They already have their own currency, the euro.
No child left behind.

This totally ruin's their theory that ships came across from northern Africa to South America. Sort of blows all sorts of holes in their religion.
Of programs that take advantage of flaws in Internet Explorer and Windows. ;)

They even cover modification so you are incorrect. You can even list yourself as a contributor.
Actually this is proof that the article is in a quantum state. It is a dupe while at the same time it is not a dupe.

Since iptables are built into the kernel the OS is irrelevent.

WWF is an acronym not a common word. That lawsuit has no commonality with this issue.
