    >But if ozone is so reactive that it'll break up as soon as it finds something to bump against then why is the EPA reporting smog clouds with a "primary component" of ozone?

Because ozone is a poison. High concentrations found in smog can cause serious respiration problems for people who already have lung problems. My daughter has bad asthma problems and we have to keep her inside when ozone levels are high.

The way I understand it, ozone does not cause smog, but it simply a bad byproduct of smog. High levels of hydrocarbons bake in the hot sun causing them to break down and one of the remnants is ozone. Which does dissipate rapidly at night when the temp goes down.

If you are using the custom database for your own personal use, you would not be breaking any patent laws. However, if you tried to sell your database software you would have to do an exhaustive search to find out if any of the subroutines employed were previously patented.
Patents were created to prevent others from profiting off your hard work, not for the purpose of stuffing technology in a drawer so no one else could use it

I have it, so does my oldest daughter
She was on Rit for a while but it made her "not feel quite right" so we let her stop but she might have to start again due to her school performance dropping again. I only take it once or twice a week when I have to sit down to do my paperwork. It takes me about 4 times longer to get it done without the drugs.
The hardest part when "sunshine" is not taking rit is doing her howework. I almost need shackles to keep her in her chair. When eitheer one of us is doing something we enjoy, concentration is not a problem, when we have to do boring tasks that require thought I cant sit still and my mind wanders all over. there are many good resources out there and a simple google wil egt you all of them
