The group previously said in February that a Texas court had ordered that the server logs of one big site, called LokiTorrent, be turned over to Hollywood investigators. An MPAA spokeswoman said that none of Thursday's suits were related to that action, however.
I had all offers completed in early November and was suprised to actually recieve my iPod. It came via FedEx directly from Apple within two weeks of clicking order. Popped it onto craigslist, sold it. Bought a digital camera. Cost to me or my referees $0. End of story.

Bill Bluden is my data structures TA at UC Davis. I had him for discussion at 8am this morning. He spent about 10 mintues at the beginning of the quarter telling about his book. Small world.
We're learning an even simpler language in my machine dependent programming class at UCD. It is called CUSP and was originally programmed in Pascal back in the late 80s/early 90s:-/
Our latest project is PacMan in assembly. It's already at 1000 lines of code and the ghosts don't even have an AI moving routine yet.
I actually got to attend a screening put on by WB for the entertainment industry, and I would agree that the philosophical content is lacking, however that is to be expected since the backround behind the Matrix has already been established.
RELOADED focuses on more story and plot movement for the next movie, which will close the machine/man battle. The scene between Neo and the Archiect is pretty philosophical though and brings a very important plot twist that might change the entire Zion movement.
I came, I saw, I cried.
I saw the film yesterday at a special trade screening in Los Angeles and was left with a new burning desire for more Matrix. The next film will be released in November BTW.
The Matrix Reloaded contained some of the most amazing action sequences I have ever seen in my movie-watching career. CG animation was seamless, but it was especially noticeable when you realized that no one could stage a one on 50+ fight (see trailer for a sample) with traditional movie making techniques.
Very exciting and funny at times, the pacing is a bit ponderous at first, but at the same time, you are given more information about the actually underground city of Zion and the upcoming conflict with the machines. Once the action kicks in, the movie never looks back. Unbelievably breath taking at times, the hype to the film is justified and well worth the cost of tickets. If this film or Revolutions doesn't win the Oscar for best special effects then I will be totally shocked!
Possible Spoiler:
The scene with the Matrix Architect near the end bugged the hell out of me. Why does the old guy need to use so many GOD DAMN philosophical words? He sounds lame... but the plot twist he reveals is very startling... (Note the scene is near the end of the film)
Recommendation for those who have not seen the original movie: You must see the first before you see this film. The plot will make absolutely no sense and you will have a bad experience trying to figure out why the hell these people are running around and trying to kill each other.
Recommendation for traditional movie nuts: Cry now. You'll never be able to see another film without same copied Matrix effect
Does any one know what applications do textbook companies use to make simple algebraic graphs? I've been trying to help an teacher develop his own curriculum for his algebra class, but drawing the graphs individually have become extremely troublesome.
I had an idea that textbook companies might be using Adobe Illustrator or a similar vector illustration application, but it seems like the process would be excessively labor intensive. Thank you for any help!
Since most users are users are not using LDAP on Jaguar, Apple does not tend to document the steps necessary to set it up. Jaguar Server on the other hand is a different question though.

Contribute is a messy inline style slut. Avoid if you don't want to be going back and hand coding pages after people edit them.

If I can remember correctly if the card is manufactured by Apple you'll only need the Ethernet drivers that come with the MacOS install.
Holy mother of God, this story keeps getting better and better.
That's is so great... I can't wait until the music video to be posted to Kazaa!

Question: Who the fuck encodes their MP3 collection at 320kbps? It starts defeating the purpose of the small filesize of downloaded music...

Integrating Mac OS X with Active Directory BTW this also includes using secure LDAP authentication!
A quick search at Mac OS X Hints turns up some usefull sources too.
