So how is the universe accelerating. Didn't it used to be dense, if we can see back billions of years then why is the galaxy not slowing down by a massive gravitational force.
Hmm, thats funny because i have a much easier time getting hardware working in linux. Kinda ironic. Regardless, people have much harder time using windows to do new things because they haven't learned how to think yet. Linux teaches you that.
Al right! Today it seems that people are wasting their mod points. I've seen some horrible horrible threads being moded up to 5's. Please. Use them wisely.
I'd have to agree, even though I"m only in first year. I intend on choosing the biomedical stream along with computers or physics option. That stuff is really kick ass!
A single standard would improve chances of infiltrating the desktop market, but would only stiffle innovations. Standardization and compatibility are good and all but they can have adverse effects on progress. In the Wintel world i bet you've all noticed that we're still using the god awfull x86 architecture and we've only recently eliminated 16-bit from the home desktop.
Radio stations already pay a hefty fee so the music is free for everyone to hear. Maybe in the future when RIAA pays off congress i'll have to turn down the music in my "pimpin" car because someone might overhear it.
All you do for phoenix is copy the directory. Nothing MORE!!!!!
They could have spent that $1/2 billion buying out senators, buying a win in court, or even...dare i say... redesigning Windows!!!
Agreed, Mozilla takes about 30 megs of space as gziped archive. It's about the same as the entire linux kernel.

The ukraine is full of potatoes. Soviet russia needs no more potatoes.
That's why e=mc2 is rest energy and not total energy. Don't mod him up. If you do i will have to shoot some sense into you all.
in soviet russia that formula makes nukes so they do care :P
ITs all about the cheap labour.

KERIO personal firewall is its new name. It kicks ass. The resource and cpu usage has gone down in recent versions.
i agree, blackmailing them would be nice. Remeber, you are in control NOT THEM!!!!

The magnetic flux only lasts as long as the warranty.
because visual basic, is slow, weak, and only for windows. It is easy to code for though.
I think we already know how to do that. Don't use WinApi.
Better recalculate those schrodinger equations. Lets add more variables this time :D
to bad that its if( strcmp(humanPlayer,"Winning") ) cheat();
RADIO listens to you!

It would be cool if you could "wrap" a few extra bits to the end to add quality. I know that it will never work but a cool idea nonetheless.
Many usefull advances actually!!!
Well for roughly the same amount of dough, the US could take over iraq in two months or so, without nuking it of course.
"...study which was by strange coincidence sponsored by Microsoft." Looks like some of you forgot to read the whole article.
