Ether way, it's not longer our problem.

For me I'll stick to my crusty old T5 for ebooks. I buy a book, strip out the DRM, and convert it to a more neutral format like html. Then I convert it to mobipocket and download it to my T5. The book is mine, I own it. I can read it where, when, and on what device I want to. Nobody can say other wise to me even if the manufacture goes out of business or the publisher changes their mind.
I'm quite happy with my Kindle, and by Bezos' admission, we have seen the last of Amazon deleting pirated books.

They required us to pick a random password for each server, 43 in all. Random password as in random garbage string. We have to change them every 6 weeks, and can't reuse them.
So they get written down and tapped to the bottom of my keyboard. A clear example of what happens when you over think security and take it to far. I'm not the only one that does it. I can walk in to any cube and flip over a mouse pad, keyboard, or random picture and find the users personal password written down. The same policy applies to them too.
So by putting in an asinine security policy hoping to make it more secure, it is actually far less secure.

I've always though that the drummer was supposed to be the bands "click track." When I played I took all my cues from the drummer. When he went off on a "drum solo" the rest of the band just stood around and watched him till he got it out of his system.
