I heard a story that was pretty good about dealing with debit collector. I can't validate if its true, so it probably isn't but its still a good story.
A FOAF was called over and over by a collector for a debit that wasn't his. Even after submitting proof it wasn't they kept calling. It was the same person too. So finally the FOAF had enough and sued the caller for harassment. They didn't sue the collection company but the person on the other end of the phone.
Being several states away the caller didn't show for court and the FOAF won a default judgement. Then that FOAF hires the collection company that the caller worked for to collect the debit.
I've had a saying since my first cell phone. "If my phone doesn't know you, I probably don't want to talk to you." So if your not in my phone book my chances of answer are none. If its really important to you, leave a voice mail and I"ll call you back if it's important to me. This policy has served me well for over 10 years.
About debit collectors. They can't leave voice mail. There is a chance that some one else will over hear it, which I believe is now illegal.

These are not conventional bombs with unstable chemical compounds as the primary explosive. To set off a nuclear weapon required a perfectly timed series of events to take place. If any of these events are off by more than a few miliseconds the weapon will not detonate. There is no might not, it WILL NOT.
The worse case scenario is if all the fail safe where to have failed would have been a detonation of the chemical trigger charges. This would not have been a good thing, it would have scattered the contents of the physics package to high hell. Which is a very bad thing. But it wouldn't' have been a nuclear explosion.
That is good but I have some VM's that run long term simulations. They can't be paused or restarted and weeks worth of data would be lost. So if a forced upgrade and restart causes us to lose data then someone will be hearing from our lawyers.
But probably not. The vms are off the network so mickysoft can't force anything on them.

With some new research and with the new technology we have today these rockets would be more practical than "lasso'ing a fucking comet." A nuclear rocket could be a probe to pluto in a few months instead of a few years. Hell it could get anywhere in the solar system in a few months.
That joke about the Nokia 3310 lasting two days before it drops 1%? It's almost not a joke. It's a phone and that's pretty much the limit of its functionality, and that's really all you need in a phone. Still got mine, it's in my GO bag and it gets a boost charge ONCE a MONTH.
It's no joke. That thing was beast when it came to battery life, I had one. I flew down to Orlando to visit the mouse and left my charge at home. That week I used the phone like I did at home, place a few calls on it, calculate some tips, look at the date, and play a mean game of snake sitting on the pot. When I set the phone back in its charger I still have two pips on the battery meter. I probably could have went two more days before it died.
I'm going to make them hurt for this. I normally use right at about 400 to 450 GB a month. They charge me $30 for that. I actually try to keep my data usage under control and stay close to my 300 GB limit.
Since Comcast is determined to squeeze me. I will pay the extra $30 for the unlimited usage but I'm going to use it. I will have to use at least 450 GB a month to make it worth it. So every month I will use at least 450GB, and I'm going to attempt to double it just for spite. Being a vindictive jack ass that I am.

Horse hocky. My Nexis 7 rolled over and died a few weeks ago so I had to scare up a replacement tablet. I choose Asus Z580C to replace it. This tablet has a intel atom Z3530 processor in it, which I found out later is a x86 based processor.
I've had it for 2 weeks now and I've very pleased with it. To say the x86 can't be used well in a mobile processor is grade a bullshit.
If you read the article it was clear he planed to show if the permit was granted. Since it wasn't granted because he was going to show he decided to phone it in. Which lead to the police rushing in and shutting it down.
If he didn't plan to show up in the first place then granting the permit or not to grant the permit would have been a moot point. No felon rapper, no reason not to grant the permit.
The city should have never used a permit issue to force this concert to close. It was rap, I'm sure there where several nose ordnances on the books to cover it.
If the city was smart they should have issued the permit to let this felon come, then arrested him when he got in the city.
I kind of got that feeling too. I installed a Server 2003 on a number of systems. I had to smack it around a little and in some cases get creative with some drivers once that was done it worked well.
One of the more interesting was installing it on a Dell business laptop. I couldn't find dedicated drivers for xp-64 for this system. I noticed the laptop used the same network chips as the servers we used. I downloaded that driver package, installed it, and it worked.
And this boys and girls is why I build my own rigs. Every processor and RAM sim lovingly selected from the newegg buffet. No shitty components or lackadaisical hardware from unknown vendors. Just everything I select is from known vendors with reliable parts.
Even the OS is from a OEM disk. No bloatware/crapware/or shitware.
So if you game on it or just smoke it, nothing beats hand rolled, at home with love.
