    The issue isn't tracking the drivers. The issue is that this is one big step towards robotic plows that don't need drivers.

    The drivers know this, and fear being replaced by machines, not being tracked.

    There is no such thing as a stealth snow-plow.

    without a good display...? You mean like the large LCD screen TV my 'other' is connected to? While you're squinting to see what the song title is, I'm looking at image slide shows, cover art and movies off my computer...all on my large screen home theater.

    In my area, many of the car break-in's are targeting vehicle registrations and proofs-of-insurance...the cars themselves are generally of lesser value.

    When you can copy a car as easily as a document, the car master (think DVD) will become the target, and that will be the time when copies of vehicles become something to liscense, unless of course, you build your own, like many of us already do today.

    and if goggle _is_ behind the redirect, and they do it on a limited basis, even 1/2 of 1% of all user searches randomly, based on user or region, then maybe they hope no one catches on.... Sorry, but I don't trust them.

    Paste that link in a new window and you don't go to ebay...why?

    Way too many folk look at google thru rose colored glasses. Poor innocent google.

    Assuming google shines at all is going too far in my book.

    Disagree? Then explain why so many of the links I click on to buy things direct me to ebay, instead of the site I expect. If I cut/paste that link into a fresh window, it goes where it should. And this is just one issue...there is still the problem of sites buying a ranking from google instead of earning like they should. google is crafted, bought and falsified rankings run wild - give me an unbiased search engine/site any day.

    Archos never had Firewire, so the iPod clearly does more, namely being able to transfer files and recharge over the same (data & power) cable. The iPod does things the Archos has and never will do. That's why it is celebrated, and the shelves are still full of Archos units gathering dust:)

    Front brake is a recipe for disaster

    Not for sport bikes. Must be why there are two large discs on the front, and one small one on the rear, eh? I never touch mine.

    The rear is just for sliding thru turns...other than that, you can forget it's even there.

    The first people to drive motorcycles were considered stunt drivers, and were actually sedate compared to today's two-wheeled commuter. Stunters today are simply an indication of what can be done...where that goes is usually beyond our feeble imaginations.

    The first time ABS and airbags save your life, or the life of someone you love, you'll be less jaded about technology and other drivers.
