now I just have to find what does what....and with my chronic ungodly procastination disorder (CUP'D for short), it'll take just about the same time as someone not using the web-based gui who's not lazy.

o my gawd....how lame. Trying to dodge responsibility like that is so....irresponsible.
The fact of the matter is, they STILL KILLED the guy. Even if they imitated a movie or a game, they are the ones responsible. Just like how you can't say that Hitler isn't responsible for the millions he killed in his vision or his officers who did the dirty work. You can't say that the man in white is responsible 'cause that's what Hitler said gave him the idea, etc.
Why can't ppl not point fingers and be honorable?
MoFoQ gets his pitchfork and flaming torches used almost exclusively for SCO and spammers ready for use.
sadly, the netbeans portion is correct to a certain degree....the windows version runs hella slow while the linux version runs alot better (a geo vs a sedan)
Kudos to the EFF. If I had even a penny, I'd give it to them, but being a college student and still being a college student, the bum on the streets has more money and is covered with less bullsh!t (I hate bureacracy).
MoFoQ hands the EFF his flaming torch while keeping his trusty pitchfork.
Looks more and more like the RIAA is the modern day mafia, using lawyers and threats of civil lawsuits to extort money out of people. Hell, even 2000 bucks is more than what they would get if the people they extort that money from were to buy the CD's (2000 bucks worth of CD's vs 2000 bucks of profit without having to pay distributors or music stores or having to pay expenses like....the CD itself).
The best part of this sort of extortion? It's legal. At least since no one has the guts to challenge them in court (and thanks to the profits they make, they have a lobbying power almost unequaled). In addition, they own a few politicians, whom I hope will retire or get caught in a scandal and their wives kick them in the....well...you know where.
Hell, I choose the Italian mafia over the RIAA....at least they don't go after the average joe and they don't use lawyers, the world's most hated parasite, even more than crabs.
Well, if things go the way they have been, my pitchfork and flaming torches will have to be replaced with new ones by the end of this week.
time for me to bring out the pitchforks and flaming torches again.
man, I should've gotten that extended warranty on them.....they are really being used often....a bit too often if you ask me.
Come on....she is a 12yr old....and living in the projects...how low can the RIAA go? Apparently, lower. Watch, in a few weeks they will start suing starving kids in Third World countries as we've all seen on those commercials begging for donations ("The Christian Childrens' Fund," etc.).
I'm just waiting for a powerful organization to sue the RIAA under the Federal racketeering and organized crime law, since this is blatantly extortion and organized (and it's hard to believe that the all artists who are allegedly "victimized" are fairly compensated to begin with, let alone as evil). Sue them and tell them that they should settle and take their life savings. This is more heinous than those con-artists who pray on ol' folk.
MoFoQ wonders when they will release a bigger Cinema Display (> 23")....
a lil' OT but hey, it's the simpsons [was Re:ipod]
on
New iMacs (and iPods)

kinda reminds me of an episode of The Simpsons, where Homer says something to the matter of how he never leaves a project unfinished, and suddenly a half built robot appears pleading to Homer, "Father, give me legs." Homer just says "No" and points outside and forces the robot to drag itself out.
see-dee? I haven't bought a CD (new) from the store for a long time. I usually just go to my local library, check it out, listen to it until I hurl and then return it. And if I must have my own copy, I just go to half.com or others like it and buy a used one for a few bucks (including the shipping).
Besides, the money I save usually goes to my pitchfork and torch fund (thx to RIAA and it's inbred cousin MPAA [no offense to those who may or may not appear on the Springer show], and SCO, etc., the pitchfork fund is in high use)
Maybe it isn't so legal presently, but I hope that part gets changed (with certain limitations and/or requirements), sort of like how Prohibition was later repelled (thx gawd).
Hell, I can't even run for President, though I was born as a US citizen, I wasn't born on US soil. Though I don't think such a limitation applies to Vice Presidents, so in essence, Maria Shriver (probably misspelled) can run for pres and Arnold for VP.
An extreme form of biting the hand that feeds you....or a dog that eats its own poop....or sitting on one's own whoopie cushion.
anyone got a sample pic of it? awww...screw it...I'll just bT it....off to suprnova I go.
I just installed it today....

MoFoQ drops the spammer he was torturing with his pitchfork and flaming torch and starts drooling....
man...wish I had a 800FSB board, and here I am with a 533FSB board like a sucker....
this might be a good way to make an otherwise shitty album (which is about all of the stuff that's being produced now) and improve them by just a tad.
Let's just hope they don't patent the process: of SPILLING BEER on things!!!!
MoFoQ gets his trusty ol' pitchfork and flaming torch handy just in case.
MoFoQ engraves "Linus Rules" in his pitchfork and flaming torch

Hot indeed....with all the torching, it's gotta be hot.
MoFoQ grabs some more pitchforks and flaming torches from a local Pitchforks and Things.

10k Euro is still infinitely better than 0 (the usual price of linux).
Plus, it sets a precedent. Hopefully, the US courts aren't dumbf*cks like they usually are with regard to tech rulings but one can only hope.
Now I have to get back to my pitchforks and torches and paint the German flag on them.
I thought the FCC declared something about instant messaging...and here we are with Microsoft, using their "arm twisting," "suggestion" tactic.
I guess we're just lucky that Microsoft doesn't ask for licenses for their web extensions from Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, or from our ISP's
now I don't have to put away my pitchforks and torches that I got out of storage for SCO.
man...SCO's like a n00b playing poker with a maverick who calls the n00b's bluff and the n00b cries foul.
I nominate SCO for the dumbass of the Universe in addition to the Douche of the Universe and Douche Bag awards.
hmmm....looks like I have to dig out those pitchforks and flaming torchs and rally up the troops......
I haven't done that since the rolling blackouts here in California a few years ago.
well...ffdshow works fine for me and it can use upto 20% less CPU time for those who want to play divx on a slow system.
