I love the black version. That would be hot if you could change the color of the ipod screen and what not. They need to move to a color LCD version. That would be expensive but I think it would totally be worth it. I already pay a lot for an iPod why not trick it out?
I agree with you on some of these points. I do have enough money to buy movies and that's why I do but I think this analogy might help you understand how I feel. If I buy a new car today and next week the same car comes with a new six disc cd changer that I didn't get with mine I don't want to have to buy a whole new car to get the extra cd changer. I will most likely just get a new changer put in my car. I can't do that with the movies. I can't just buy the extended scenes. I'm essentially buying two of the same product to get a bonus. That seems kinda ridiculous to me. I'm not gonna die if I miss the extended addition but I'm just as curious as the next guy about what was cut out. Which leaves me with two options. Wait until the final FINAL edition comes out with everything on it or keep buying each version until I've gotten to see everything. I guess my solution is not that great but I just wanted to point out that the current situation ain't that great.
I think that these kinds of movies should be released as a subscription. You could pay so much a month or a large one time fee and just be sent every version or "update" to the movie and in return receive a pricebreak. I can't keep track of every release these days for every movie set I want. It's becoming fanatical and I feel like I'm collecting Beanie Babies or something trying to find every release or even come up with the money for them.
If an alarm clock woke you because there were good traffic conditions at the time wouldn't everyone else's clock wake them up too at the same time and thus create a traffic jam? Maybe we should instead focus on better traffic route design or better mass transit methods?
The purpose of a stunt such as this is to get publicity. Perhaps the only reason they did this is to push their new album, but at the same time they are helping to bring light the situation that we have here which is about copyright laws. I think we all have moved beyond the issue of destroying the music industry. We need to move on to what we can do to fix the issue of moving our music from medium to medium (i.e. record to tape to cd to computers) Once we figure out what is acceptable and fair to music makers then we can begin to focus on what's important: making better music with better quality and therefore better entertainment.
Remember when that one slashdot story reported a guy being fired from Microsoft for taking a picture of G5's being delivered to Microsoft? Maybe some of those were being used to do tests for the new Xbox. Just an idea.
Yeah it would take some convincing though on the part of the police to get this apparatus hooked up to a suspect's gun. Not quite sure that would work.
I think I saw something like this in a porno magazine. This guy shot his load through the girls face and the impact was more gruesome then this bolt going through an orange. It was scary.
Right on! You hit this shit on the head! I hate how they scheme too much into this. Just give companies a little more time to come up with a decent alternative for a cheaper price and they'll wish they hadn't fucked this all up. Apple has definitely outlamed everyone this CES.
No it won't. First off the Xbox does not have enough RAM to comfortable run Windows XP for any useful purpose. I can't even get Debian to run very quick on it. Secondly the next Xbox will not have such standard hardware in it. There will be more crazy stuff to deal with.
No way. The next Xbox will not be as standard of a pc as this first version was. Secondly there's not enough RAM in the Xbox to run Windows XP that well anyways and it's not upgradeable...yet.
This is not informative at all. Just because one person has a bad experience with Creative doesn't make it "informative" In fact, I'm just guessing but Creative has sold more than a thousand mp3 players. That means you're listening to.001% of the people who bought one. Pretty smart. And besides who can deny that the Creative Voodoo2 video card didn't revolutionize gaming on the pc???
on making a real difference. As a starving gamer I appreciate the men and women (admins) who make a difference and just boot people off for the utilitarian cause.
It really makes you wonder if there is intelligent life elsewhere staring at us in the same way wondering if we are staring back.
It is if no one comes out with a decent AAC player isn't it?

Don't worry the Homepod Mini will be coming out soon. It's 235 dollars and only streams 4 gigs of music a month to your home.

Thanks for listening.

What are they gonna do if they keep selling Lindows there? Throw a wooden clog at them? I mean really...who throws a wooden shoe?
Another option could be to put Michael Robertson up on one of their windmills.
Wasn't the strangeberry what all the Smurfs were after? I think that's what got them all drunk and lusting after Smurfette.

when OS/2 Warp gets EAL5 next month.
a less important update...maybe a .002 release or something else of the like.

I agree. Take a second to actually think about what you're modding before you do it.
Sincerely,
Steve Jobs...I mean Steve Smith

Hello he said he wouldn't have much time to work with it since he's a student. I would not really suggest OpenBSD just for that reason alone.
Did you see sabers on there? Do Light Sabers count? What does that Star Wars kid do when he flies?
