There are plenty of things in science that are proven beyond a doubt, from the act that pouring water into a glass container will not suddenly be on the ground to the mixing of multiple chemicals injecting that into a person and appling an outside invisible ray will help to cure illness.
We are talking government based research not some theoretical paper, when a paper is release for the government it is for policy purposes so why would you want some guess that cannot be proven?
Also the examples people have talked about during President Bush have been in the area whre the writer is saying and advocating an action should be based on non-proven guesses from position friendly and unfriendly to the President. That is not to say the government does not censure papers on political impllecations it happened numerious time during the mid to late 90s however under Bush it has not been to common.
That stuff about the Grand Canyon has been proven absolutlyfalse and the only people not interest in the truth are thoses that keep spreading stuff like that.
The US has agreements with many out countries where traffic tickets are exchanged. In the US the agreements are mainly at the state level so if you get a ticket in Germany and live in Colorado you may find that Colorado has added points to license. On the good side if you move to Germany they will accept your license of thoses states and not require you to take all the classes for getting a german license.
If you go back and read the report you would find out that Bush placed a requirement to remove non-proven and hyperbole from government scientific papers. There was no political cleaning.,
This is not spyware, by definition spyware has to collect information without the informed consent of the user.
This software has to be installed by the owner of the computer and since it is for use against minors the parents, who would also be installing it, provide the legal informed consent for the minor.
If this is spyware so is my anti-virus and ad blocking software.
How many blogs don't have ads of some type? The few that don't are usually linked with some business which is playing for the site sometimes the authors or a company they work for or are affiliated with.
If they have ads they are getting paid to run the site.
Not just Cisco according to an article on either foxnew.com or NPR there are 12 products currently around with the name iPhone, including apples.
Under US law you can have multiple product with the same trademark just not in the same field ie Apple Records and apple computers. The big question is how similar are cell phones and VoIP phones.
Thanks for the link was looking for something like that but they have been far more then I wanted to pay.
The product page is http://www.svat.com/gx3000.shtml and it looks like the gx 3100 is just coming out so they don't have the product brochure up yet.
the 3100 comes with a remote relay abaility so will have to check the brochure to see how that works.
embryonic stem cells which have already resulted in _proven therapies that work_
And thoses would be???? Please name two, here I will make it easy name one.
Since the original poster will never be back the list of proven embryonic stem cell therapies is none. The truth about embryonic stem cell was that since it contained a large amount of possibilities venture capitalists invest huge amounts of money and have shown no possible pay back any time soon, so they started pushing to have the government put more money after it. When that failed they started doing a bunch of press releases about the potential capability and got some state governments and other individual to buy in. You are starting to see less about embryonic stem cells because the major venture capitalists have sold out after they did thier pump and have no need to spend the money on PR any more.
You are totally incorrect in saying they were high temperatures for coffee.
The temeperatures used are far lower then is recommended by sites put up by coffee drinkers; do a search of coffee recommended temperatures.
Also her lawyers when they did a survey of nationwide places and what temperatures they used did not do a nationwide search they did a local search of a few places that sold less coffee then mcdonalds did. At least find places that sell more coffee and get thier temperatures before complaining about a place that has more customers who like thier product.
The UAE company was NOT taking over any part of secuity they were taking over the cranes, etc the securuity was always being run by a local company and the US federal and state officials.
Also compared to what was happening they were not outsourcing it, since it was already outsourced, it was run by company based in another country. That was the only funny thing about about the whole thing, the Democrates were there yelling how about some evil forgein country would run the operation when a forgein country was already doing it.
Since Yucca Mountain looks like it is going to mothballed and all the waste that would stored in a safe, secure location will be stored in multiple open areas where there is no way for companies to profit from, they will push that we use the moon base as a way of removing the waste.
If we ship all that nuclear waste up to the moon in new shuttle type vehicles it could be stored on a crater in the moon with no worries about unknown people getting access to it and any fears of lunarquakes or water tables would not be a problem.
Without a moonbase this could not be done and for companies to profit from it, which is why you can expect to see alot of theses companies to make thier science people to come out and say we should build this thing.
It will give a performance boost if you don't have alot of physical memory, and even it you do a a few gigs of memory you might benifit from it because vista likes to grab all the memory it can.

Patriot Act II was never passed and most of what you prescribe to being done under PAtriot act I was done using different laws.
waterboarding is illegal under US law at least since the 70, there have been a few people brought up on charges for doing it. What we have reasonable information that was happening is dunking which was not illegal.
I recently did a conversion of a bunch of negatives and prints to digital format.
I originally looked into some of the various mail business where you ship them everything and they do it all to DVD and whatever else you want, they cost in the $.39-$.59 per print or negative and can easily be found with google. Too expensive and did far more then I really needed; besides they charge the same for print or negative.
You can purchase decent negative and print scanners in the $1000 range, various reviews can be found via google. Purchase the item and then sell on ebay to decrease your cost.
Check your local photo shops for prices. This is what I finally did for the negative, they did them for around $.10 each with no cropping, color correction, etc and I had to put similar negatives together. They used one of thoses $1000 scanner that you can purchase for home use.
For the prints I went with my casio scanner and did them, and they looked great, even ones taken on an old 110 film.
Finally get a copy of adobe photoshop elements 5, I hated all the previous versions but love 5. It works great for scanning and correcting the photos and then categorizing them with various topics. You can then produce various DVD/CD with cut screens, etc.
mccain is member of US congress, the Senate, so it would effect the whole country as opposed to state congress.
As for it passing or even getting voted on, not much of a chance, not many Republican would vote for it to far reaching and consider him to be a liberial who says he is a conservative because it is the only way he can keep being elected. Democrates are now in power, and looking for revenge, so are very unlikly to support anything where the sponseror is a Republican. The only way it has a chance of doing anything is to get a powerful Democrate to co-sponsor it, if they do my vote would be on Hillary Clinton or Ted Kennedy, and to get alot of public support for it. Since this would effect bloggers, rather vocal people, I would not be surprised if today the congressional switchboard is not flooded with calls angry about this.
At the place I use to work at they did install XP until end of 2004.
Current place is planning on doing Office 2007 within a few months however vista will probably be a year plus, and that was with microsoft sending people out here and talking to managers.
While personally I cannot wait for Office 2007, new toys, I am not looking forward to vista for both work or personnal use.
One reason people go for diesel over here in Europe is that it is far cheaper then regular gasoline. Here is Germany you save close to $1.00 US for each gallon.
First off the title is really off, he was never charged so thier are no charges to be dropped. What happened is that they got a criminal complaint from a congressman against this guy, they filed paper and started investigating; also the airline company complained about it. With a congressman breathing down thier necks they decided to confiscate his equipment from the site. The decision today is that they would no be going forward with the procecution by filing charges.
There is currently now federal law preventing making boarding passes however Charles Schumer is attempting to get one passed.
While he could probably get away putting it up again he is breaking the copywrite law because of putting the symbols and name of the airline; and the copywrite is probably the original way the FBI was able to confiscate his property. Make up his own airline names and symbols and he would be ok.
This is just a really poor decision that should be blocked by the next court up the chain. Reading the decision the judge goes into how bad it is that the bill are all the same and how it places a hardship, which it does. However devices are available which allow around which allow the money to meet the law. The judge should of told the people sueing that they should go take it up with thier congressmen; instead of doing this stupid soapbox speech.
Some other decision by him:
Private unions cannot expell members who spread "falsehood and misrepresentation" because that breaks the members freedom of speech.
Has through out a few cases for companies giving expensive gifts to government officials.
In various court cases has just ignored major case points on various parties and ruled based on older laws that had been superceded.
Galileo did not have the science to prove what he was saying, so I guess he was like An Inconvenient Truth.
It was not until Newton that all come together under one person, and could be scientificly proven.
Alot of countries are meeting thier goal under Kyoto, because they did not have to reduce anything or do any cutbacks.
Of the coutries that had to make sacrificies Denmark looks like they may come close, but they are doing it by spending millions on purchasing pollution rights from other countries that don't have cut back and Germany is close because they got to count alot of former eastern germany factories and plants that were already on the cutting block.
However they all missed the levels they were suppose to be at come this time in order to be on track.
