SO I am assuming you gave the school yard bully your milk money? From your reasoning above the more we fight back the more the 'bullies' (Islamic Militants = Islamic Terrorists) will pick on us, so following that reasoning, the less we fight back the less they will pick on us.

Hmmm, so we should burn the flag, constitution and Bill of Rights (since they are offensive to Islamic thought) and elect a few Taliban to prominent positions and then they'll leave us alone! Perhaps you should understand Islam and history before you speak.

Interesting side note: Notice that at least to this point the only post bodies displayed belong to the liberal left/Kerry supporters?! Bias on /.?

No search can be performed and then it will be by the Police. They won't search you unless they arrest you first (for shoplifting). More to the point the store will have to prove you or your accomplise mismarked the items, near impossible unless you confess.

More to the point, why would we warn the retailers of this flaw in the system they have spent millions to create?

Are these the same people that go shopping and then tell Management they can't believe how low their prices are so they will raise them?!

I'm not advocating stealing here but believe in natural selection. If WalMart, et al, is so stupid as to pay [b|m]illions to have a system developed that has such a gaping hole let them pay the price.

    Two observations:

1st - Do any of you see the hypocrisy in buying from the Russian site? Are you the same people complaining about the outsourcing of American jobs/economy?

2nd - Has it occurred to anyone that the music industry is now mob run? Look at the tactics they employ compared to past mob practices. And no the mob doesn't kill everyone since then they don't pay, only when they need to make an example or you steal directly from them. However, the recent pay or we'll sue definitely follow their intimidation tactics. The mob goes where the money is; right now, that's media (music and movies).
