Proactively because they do not want to have connections to a country that could be facing UN sanctioned trade embargos if they do not get their act straight on the issue of potentially producing vast quantities of weapons grade plutonium.
Last time I read up on bringing Fiber to the small business/consumer environment, one of the biggest problems was splicing the cable, as the tiny filiments could easily become embedded in the skin, and by accidentally or otherwise looking into the fiber you could damage your retina....have these fundamental problems been resolve?
The *other* advantage of having small discs is a small foot print when it comes to putting a unit together. I'm starting to believe that choosing to use the smaller discs was part of a longer term plan to transition Nintendo's products to be all-mobile/hand held.
I have heard something about a new GameBoy featuring an FX chipset at various 3D conventions...but we'll have to see how that pans out.
I'm sure Gordon Moore is rolling in his grave!
Wait, he isn't dead yet...
Fundamental problem with most exercise...

...is that it is boring. Running/jogging/walking is so utterly mindnumbing that I loathe the thought of it.
Squash on the other hand, a European game that is played in the US as well (mostly in the North East) is a game made for people who need the constant feedback of 'something'. It requires fast reflexes and stamina.
Paul Anderson seems to be living out his childhood/early adulthood fantasy of combining two big alien creatures into a real brawl. He honestly looks pretty damn excited in the "Making of" second movie which combines stock footages from Alien and Predator movies with him describing various pieces of concept art.
Hopefully he is managing to take that vision in his head and properly direct it out....otherwise we'll have another Freddy versus Jason.
Depending how the cards are played over the next five-ten years, Google could be bigger than Microsoft. Having that ability to harness vast amounts of raw information versus the software that makes it.
...but they'll pirate our music, our movies, and forget about the whole human rights thing.
Maybe we should send the British navy back in to convince them to start buying our goods again.
I bought the GameCube for Metroid Prime, and I would have bought an N64 if there was a Metroid game for it. I'm almost 22 years old but it makes me feel like a little kid again everytime someone even mentions those delightfully menacing energy-sucking, three-eyed, Metroids.
If Nintendo has anything going for it, it is capturing the imaginations and hearts of players and when it takes hold with one character, or one game, it doesn't let go easy.
*goes to dig-up old Nintendo Power's with Metroid comics*
I'm hopeless =(
Here are the facts:
Because the layout of the Radeon 9500 128MB is similar to the 9700, they use a very similar pcb, so similar in fact that it is nearly identical (including the additional 256-bit memory and the "sleeping" extra 4 texture pipelines).
Sapphire NON PRO Radeon 9500 128MB with 3.3ns video ram work without artifacts about 95% of the time. I've been reading the forums over at www.rage3d.com and all in all it's a pretty solid mod.
Here's where you get the software, no need to solder:

Enjoy.
There are 33.6k baud fax machines ya know...there are even *color* fax machines.
And foreign nations do not invest and trade in the US stockmarket?
You can still play with her CPU's though...hmmm SMP...
I'm curious if anyone knows how the ISS handled the recent bombardment....

These things are really starting to grate on me, especially when it pushes away information I might want access to. Keep them up the top.

Mostly a theoretical breakdown of the advantages of quantum encryption, in fairly easy to understand language.

Would fit real nice into a mobile system to compete...and they would already have 200 games ready to ship...
Doesn't support +R/+RW.

Get back to work you slackers...I want my data to be stored neither here nor there...but here just now!
Anyone recall the concept of storing about a terabyte in a cube, storing the data in 3 dimensions? Discs are so passe.
