Speed along is one thing. I used to use Perl and even compiled perl, until I tried PHP and was blown away by the speed-up of my apps. Perl is nice because of it's regular expressions and such... but PHP has all that and more.
I like things to just work and don't want to deal with software installation hassles

Now, if you had put the effort into making your fix to the MMPOG public, then everyone could benefit and nobody could cheat anymore. Looks like you are only looking after yourself. Selfishness is a bad arguement for opensource having risks.
Will not work with OpenOffice/StarOffice and will not work if you want to replace a chunk of text, as highlighting "to-be-replaced" text will place it into the copy buffer, flushing out what you copied in Step 3. Futhermore, highlighting and middle clicking may or may not work in conjunction with pressing CTRL-C, CTRL-V.
The number of the beast! 666 The one for you and me!

Do the software products you produce reek of curry?
Will it speed up the load time of OpenOffice.org?
Will it speed up the startup time of KDE?
"We don't know for sure if this attack is coming from Linux, but we have very strong suspicions that is the case."
Attack is coming from Linux? Who the hell does he think "Linux" is? Like it's some sort of person he can sue. What a friggin moron.
I say let everyone that gots the virus to let it run for a while... take your time in cleaning it up.
I guess this is to catch the REALLY REALLY REALLY stupid terrorists.
I'm afraid you've set off the terrorist alert sensors. Run while you still can.
You've got it right on!
Maybe someone has asked this before... but why does everybody wear dark sunglasses like in the matrix? Are they trying to look cool or what?
Is OS X available for x86 platform now or what?
Wow, this answers my long time confusion with x's seemingly inconsistent copy'n'paste. I can't believe I didn't know about primary/clipboard before.
Step 5 needs a disclaimer...

A goverment may deal with companies that reflect their economic values (ie/ republicans go for big company, microsoft, product).
