    Yes if there was only some way that everyone could pay a fixed amount out of their income and have it fund healthcare for everyone. A "public" health system if you will. What an idea!! I've got to patent that asap.

    Furthermore if you blow just on .05 they generally don't take you to the station because by the time you get there its probably dropped below the limit.

    I think the problem is that on your end, as far as you personally are concerned you are destroyed ie. Dead. Now on the other end there may be someone running about that looks, talks like you and thinks that they are you but they aren't because you are dead and floating around.

    In Australia we have the same deal. All our games have a ratings sticker over the ESRB rating. It uses the same ratings as movies so its very easy to understand. Now heres the kicker, there is no R (adults only) rating for video games therefore if a game gets an R rating its.... banned from Australia. They take the games off the shelves and burn them for all I know. GTA:SA is banned in Australia.

    The reason they don't have a R rating for video games? Well because the government has no way of guaranteeing that children won't get the games. Never mind about videos, the hipocrosy is disgusting.

    The main point is though, that given that GTA:SA is banned I know an awful lot of people that have that game and they are most certainly under 18.

    What I don't get is that they could just put the program they created up on the net with ads attached. That way they get to show their ads to many people and people who otherwise couldn't get their show can watch it.

    Well if you get 100 fake clients then that becomes 300 chunks. And that is a non-significant glob of data you will need to download.

    They should all just use a security token

    That way the scammers will either have to steal the token or make a frauduant login attempt within 60 seconds of logging their data.

    Yes if only there were some mechanisms built into the internet as a whole that would allow for the forwarding of packets through a number of alternate routes if one link were to go down... "Routing" if you will.

    I envision such a system could be seriously robust and would possibly withstand a nuclear attack.

    Fortunatly for me I have a good friend in Nigeria who is willing to take copies of all my important documents and store them in a safe place as part of an ongoing business relationship him and I share.
