    Actually you are paying for a can full of sugar. Sure some of it is complex sugar but for the best bang for buck your better off eating some normal sugar. Its 100% fat free too.

    Yes but is that how much its really using? I mean my PC powersupply says 400 watts but I'd seriously doubt it actually draws that all of the time, or if it could even survive drawing that much over any significant period of time.

    On that note what would be the best way to protect yourself from flu if one did break out? Do masks make a difference? Do gasmasks help? If I wanted to be safe should I lock myself away and not go outside for a few weeks/months?

    I get flu shots but I'm guessing they don't help. I've had flu before once but never after that does that make me immune/resistant?

    As a nerd I am often on the cusp of technology and I am generally not afraid of picking up first generation products. However I think I can confidently say that when it comes to brain implants I'm going to wait a bit for the dust to settle before taking the plunge.

    That is such a load. A game will run just as fast, but never faster then when its running on windows. Linux isn't some magic go faster bullet when it comes to gaming.

    At best you get equal performance to Windows. More often then not your framerate suffers a little. Games are still playable but they don't run as fast as they would in a native environment.

    Also remember you can get an educational discount on almost everything Apple. Including Ipods! So if you have a valid TAFE ID or Uni ID chances are you get a student discount.

    Next time you want to quit smoking here is my tip:

    When I first tried to quit I was just like you psycotic. I realised I needed to mellow out so the second time I tried I made sure I masturbated... heaps. It kept me calm, mellow and collected and was fun at the same time.

    Yeah sure its only 5 million emails, and most systems should be able to handle that. Providing of course that they were only going to one person. What if it went to all staff and there was 30 employees then you have 150 million messages and its a little bit more of a problem. Assume you posted these all at 2 am at night, at 8 the next morning all 30 people get to work and check their emails all at about the same time. Ouch

    A long time for laws to be made? Are you kidding?

    The minimum time it takes for a law to pass takes precisely as long as it takes for something to blow up. You want a law passed all you need to do is connect it to some explosion and it will be in tomorrow.

    As a former telephone survey operator I can assure you that: a. We did not care what you said to us b. Our job sucked but it paid well c. we recorded the calls and played back the really abusive ones for laughs. So don't worry about being polite, I didn't care if someone hung up on me I had 300 other numbers waiting for me after that and if you are going to abuse me make sure its good and funny.
