    When you consider the topography and the age of the site, there are more variables there. I'm sure it's a generous estimate of the cost to roll out the fibre. Just think of the impact of tearing up 50 yards of a 200 year old cobble stone street. How do you put a monetary value on that? Not to mention the 200 year old sewer lines that go with the street.

    My current FPS flavor is COD4, in COD4 when close enough you can see an enemy's name tag, roughly 9 meters distance. More than the length of a freight container. Which is where something like this may happen.

    I don't doubt this tactic works, because it does, I've used it. Just not all that often.

    Though in a spin of this, I will circle around, change direction than go prone, and stab someone as they run past. The nametag thing only works when you have an opponent in a certain section of the center of your screen.

    Unpredictability gets me a lot of kills too. A common tactic of mine (which rarely fails) is to feint one way round an obstacle between me an an enemy, so they expect me to reappear from (say) the left side of the cover.

    This would make that tactic very predictable.

    I know, I've used it more than 8 months now. It would be nice to have all the eye candy in COD4, but I'm still pegging decent frames with this card, using it at medium settings on 800 x 600.

    "I normally don't take the time to write to anyone on the internet because they are so rude and closed minded but I must object to your flippant use of the term psychic in the banned message I received. First off I did nothing wrong on purpose to you. If something was wrong it was a mistake. My mother has done a lot of work with local law enforcement and once for FBI. She helps people while you punish them. I've not yet developed my skills enough to help anyone but I do have glimpses. Many reputable brokerage houses and even former presidents rely on psychics for decisions. Maybe if you opened your mind you wouldn't need to punish people for no reason."

    And of course spending thousands of hours behind a joystick to learn to pilot a 747 in Microsoft Flight Sims and do it properly, is not the same.

    Personally I won't play this. For my money, if I'm racing, I'd rather shoot some pedestrians, or run them down, and have the cops chase me in GTA, much more fun.

    Do like you are planning and place a CD a DVD and a CD/DVD Rom drive in, also place in a USB drive and a USB card. In the event that the devices are no longer in use, I'm sure that they could be reverse engineered to be connected to whatevers next.
    Only thing I'd be concerned over is what state would the electronics be in 25 years having been burried. Even though they are in a container and sealed, there will still be moisture in the container from the air.
    You may also want to include a schematic of a CD/DVD Drive just in case, or at least a description of how it works, on paper of course.
