  2. Are you aware of the situation in Israel? on Holocaust Dropped From Some UK Schools · · Score: 1

There is a growing divide between "born" Jews and "made" Jews - with the BORN Jews claiming superiority and priority in occupying the Holy Land. Bottom line, the "made" Jews are not considered "real" Jews.It IS racism ( or religionism if you want to look at ti from the other perspective), no matter how many fancy yarmulkes and bar mitzvahs you cover it up with - ironically enough

  3. Jack is not too fond of those newfangled "facts" on Jack Thompson Sues Microsoft · · Score: 4, Insightful

He's a member of the old guard of lawyers, the fast-talking, slam-dunking moralizers. He doesn't care about the facts, facts have a godless liberal bias. It was proven that Cho Seung-Hui did NOT play any video games, much less trained on them- but that didn't stop Ol'Jack from jumping in the minute the first VT student's body hit the floor to claim that he was a GTA maniac.

The worst part is that he actually got airtime to say this complete fabricatio`on national television

    So sad...

What is the link between employment and national security anyway?

  7. A question of perspective on Global Internet Censorship On the Rise · · Score: 1

When you build a home, you have to go through the city, obey zoning laws, get permits, get it built according to building safety standards, etc. It is no less YOUR home for it. With censorship you are regulating USAGE - someone is telling you what you can and cannot do with your property. IMO, this devalues the ownership in and of itself; would you pay the same price for a house if you couldn't sleep in it?

20$ now being equivalent to 50$ of money from 10 years ago? That's 10% yearly inflation - not remotely close to reality. In accusing others of downplaying the impact of inflation, you grossly exagerated it.

  15. What exactly is Joost's interest? on Viacom Turns to Joost, Spurns YouTube · · Score: 1

I've been following this possible cure since the tests in mice and I think it shows great promise. It's sad that it is already too late for many people (in fact, it may be too late for even myself before this cure is commercialized..my strength already wanes) but I'm just happy that there is a chance that others won't have to live my pain.
