    Habeas Corpus guarantees you the right to a trial (wherein you are present and able to defend yourself). No indefinite detention without trial. It's not directly linked to a dead person's immunity from persecution but hey, I'm not a lawyer. Are you?

    Habeas Corpus prevents them from doing so (you can't stand trial if you're dead), but they theoretically could. Suicide is a crime, filed under Homicide.

    Allright then, I'll retract my former statement and instead state that hyperevangelism is wrong. I REPEAT: I DO NOT THINK ANYONE SHOULD BE DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I do not think you understood what I was trying to say but you can't be the only one to have taken my words to mean that; I prefer to err on the side of caution. Happy now?

    Matthew 6 clearly advocates the prayer is a personnal activity meant to bring one closer to God, not a tool t obe used to boast. Vanity being a deadly sin, I fail to see any novelty in my interpretation. There is nothing wrong with being a proud christian, or attempting to show others the glory of God; it is when you make it a matter of personnal honor to do so, when you devote your life to spreading the Word of God in an empty fashion to line your pockets - as Falwell has donbe, and as the Pharisians described in Matthew 6 do, that you go directly against Jesus' message.

    A clean sweep would likely remove a large portion of neutral-to-favorable attorneys in place; it accomplishes nothing to favor the President. It simply levels the playing field by removing all of the LAST President's cronies. That's why most Presidents do it. You're entirely right about the purge, however. You're simply wrong about "Their boss directed" means. You assume that the attorneys were fired for incompetence or insubordination; they were fired because they didn't support Bush enough.

    Your car analogy is deeply flawed; a theft (sinmgle act) cannot possibly be compared to sexual harassment (a pattern of acts)

    As the gameplay of EVE online was never a point of contention at any time in the article itself OR the discussion so far. We are talking about their administrators, and EVE's are corrupt beyond belief compared to pretty much any previous MMO game, with the possible exception of Ultima Online.
