i think it was intended to play doom over a network on a console, but what lukegalea1234 sad, is equally valid.
it would be nice to know what they censor.
is it pedoporn, or articles like "how to build an atomic bomb using a peace of wood and some salt" or is it *useful* information?
Fortunately their technology to circumvent such evilness sucked, and was broken.

if this happens this time also, the whole palladium thing is going to crash early.

The BSD license is not friendly at all to the developers producing code.
i can't agree with you in that.
if you write a class with basic functions, let's say a textbox, and you give the sources to me, and i write a hole application using your textbox, i think i have the right to sell my product back to you.
you just wrote the textbox. i did a lot of work around it.
i submitted this story, and nobody paied me to do that. it's just that i was at work, had no time, cut'n'pasted the description from the website, and submitted the story. since i bought one, and i liked it, i tought it could be interesting. that's all.
doom3 and ut2003? why spend a lot of money for a pc just for playing games? buy a ps2. that's cheaper and it's made just for that!
and if gentoo is a pain for your pIII, use something else.
following the recent state-wide ban on cellphone use while driving.
talking on a cell phone while you drive is already banned in italy. and i think it's ok. it just distracts people from driving well and causes chrashes.
