    I want to know if being able to use all that doublespeak and back speak is a requirement for the job, or if microsoft teaches them how to do it.
    he writes these long answers to some of the questions, but just turns it all around twists it up and inside out, by the time you read the entire answer you realize he didn't say anything at all.

    for small to medium sized databases, absolutely not, go with a free alternative.
    Oracle is much better with huge databases, it scales to incredible sizes.

    because we all know that those evil people with computers buy them just so they can steal music, and it has nothing to do with the fact that CD's are terribly overpriced, I mean how many other businesses could keep their prices artificially inflated, despite the fact that manufacturing costs have dropped dranatically since the CD came out. It is a brilliant move,
    1. inflate prices
    2. when people stop buying your product complain that people are stealing from you
    3. use the supposed theft as an explanation for your artificially high prices
    4. sue anyone who listens to music(cause they must have stolen it, I mean who would pay those prices)

    I wonder if one problem is birds wings, while they do flap, they do not have a rigid shape, they change shape durring flight.
    I wonder if an ornithopter could work with a wing that could change it shape slightly.
    of course I am still not sure, is there an advantage to an ornithopter or is it just a curiosity thing?

    how long till they embrace and extend? Microsoft Open Document Format ODF with extensions, you can open ODF documents, but once you do microsoft starts "updating them" with MS only extensions, making MS documents all but unreadable in other word processors, and once an ODF file is opened in MS office it is modified so no longer conforms to ODF. They would surely claim, hey we support ODF see, everyone else is just not smart enough to offer you the extra stuff we put in, aren't we the greatest? 1. take someone elses great idea 2. break ...mmmmm extend it so it only works with MS windows 3. claim everyone else is broken 4. profit!

    actually Deomocracy does not work and is one of the worst forms of government. Some people don't even seem to understand what that means, we have a constitunionaly based representative republic. This is a govt based on the rule of law....Democracy is based on the rule of majority not the rule of law. Our founding fathers knew that Democracy had never worked and never would....maybe some people should study some history

    if they dissapear without them then there is no demand for that market.....and if you have no restrictions on the market monopolies or oligopolies are hard to form because anyone can go and make the same product....and I do not mean a comparable product I mean the "exact same" product.

    the problem here is that the market "would" work without antitrust laws......if the government did not muss up the market with other unnatural forces....ie patents/copyright.
    but since they have decided that those are necesary antitrust must protect from those who would abuse them and tilt the natural balence of the market

    I think you missed the point of what you said....if it is open source, then they are not tied to you for life...someone else can do it...they do have access to the source, but as the originaal author you have an advantage because you have the best understanding of the code.

    if I want a sub notebook in this class it will be the sharp actius mm20, it has the 1ghz efficion processor and a 10.5" screen, plus it comes with a docking station so you can mouht its harddrive from another computer over usb.

    these kids are sad, what a waste....if they can code so well, and are soooo knowledgable why don't they do somthing constructive with their time. I mean come on, yea I made this virus generator and give it away on my website, but look it has a warning...this is for educational use, you really shouldn't spread these viruses. I am sure noone would make a virus with this and spread it around.

    a reproduction is not a derivative work. That HAS been ruled on before, and the fact that they are restoring them to make them as close to the original as possible verifies that it is not a derivative, but in fact a verbatim copy. they also said that they DO believe that it gives them a derivative work. I have a great idea, I should photocopy Moby Dick or some other classic works then claim I have copyright, and I can charge outrageous prices for them.

    This is completely rediculous, they try to claim that by restoring works already in the public domian that they get a new copyright on it....that is AFAIK totally the opposite of copyright law... this kind of thing really gets my blood pressure up, lets put together a bunch of money and get someone to take them to court and fix them up.

    check on the crime rates in states before they instituted concealed carry laws and then after...take florida for example, look at when they do interviews with convicted criminals and they ask would they have broken into a house or mugged someone that they knew had a gun, would they do it....far and away they say no. do some research of your own it has been on news time and again, but you have to look for it because some media outlets do not like to report it. http://www.ssaa.org.au/lott2.html http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/1440764.stm http://www.american-partisan.com/cols/blanks/08140 0.htm http://www.calvertinstitute.org/issue/9708/cib9708 c.htm there are pleanty more to look at...also the FBI tracks crime rates and I think they may track gun ownership or regulation...I know someone else does....check it out. maybe now you can start thinkint critically instead of reaclively

    the big problem is no one wants to take responsibility for their actions, and some parents don't want to take responsibility for not teaching their kids well. The easiest thing for these people to do is blame someone else....and video games are just really convenient.

    my understanding is that they are still going to be including ilife with OS X...as I understand new boxes of Panther will be including ilife '04. I am not sure when they will run out the old boxes of Panther.... if anyone knows different please tell me
