Dont you have to be connected to Steam to play the games? I bought Fallout Vegas from the store and it requires me to be connected to Steam at all times or I cant play.

You can choose not to believe me if you want but I have no reason to lie. This policy started last month. Have you sold anything on PayPal in the last month. May be you were not chose because you work for them.
