    That is why I used to write cheat programs on my C64, most were easy and fun to figure out, only one that was a pain was Bard Tale II, they exor'ed everything with a different number. Those were the fun days to write cheat programs.

    So it better for people who have Health Care to pay for the ones who don't though HIGHER bills? The Doctors and Hospitals will get their money from somewhere. I know I had to go see a Doctor before I had health care and he told me he had to charge higher prices to those who had health care so people who didn't could get health care...

    I would guess a $1 game may sell a lot more than a $10 game, you do have to sell 10x as many but for $1, more people will take a chance on your game.

    For most users, disk storage is already much larger than needed. All that is needed is that an SSD have cheaper unit cost while still providing adequate storage. Even if it is still 4x the cost per byte, it won't matter because the extra storage isn't useful.

    640K is more than enough for the average user too....

    The problem is you never know how the average user will use that disk space. I found a computer in the trash a few months ago, and it was fill with crappy music and pictures some some kids. Over 300Gigs worth of the stuff, with I formatted to install something useful like Linux.

    Since we know what the Stars are made from mainly Hydrogen gas, we can make a good guess that the planets going around those star will be made of since all the planet in our solar system is made of them. If you only see one thing out there in space its unique but you see two then a good chance it something common, that goes for stars, planets and the rest.

    Yes, I have the choice of Dial-up or Comcast, those are my ONLY choices current, no DSL. Comcast is my 3rd cable Internet company in 10 years or so. Started with @Home, then Insight Board Band took over and now finally Comcast. The first two were great but Comcast is horrid.

    Not if your Power supply is failing, I could hear the difference in some of my audio files but I didn't know it was the Power supply corrupting the HD, new stuff sounded fine but the older stuff didn't. My alarm on my MB finally went off, telling me there as a problem.

    There were a lot of inventors who had a fix wing aircraft before the Wright Brothers but the reason they get to say they invented it is because they could TURN the Wright Flyer. Before that they all flew in a straight line, even the French who didn't believe them, had to admit they won, when the Flyer banked away from a row of trees in Paris.

    Don't count Nintendo out, they will have at least a 2 year head start and if you remember everyone though the Wii control was a joke, until they used one. I do agree about the Kinect, MS had better use it in the next console or they may disappoint a lot of people.

    The system I am currently running Linux on, I pulled from the Trash. It even included a monitor, but no cable for the monitor. It a P4 3GHz, 512M with a 320G HD, the bonus was some music, but most of the was crappy Country music and I don't mean Country is crappy, just their chose in music. So yes, $150 is expensive.
