i dunno.. giligan was on a 3 hour cruise when BAM! stuck on a desert island... hows that luck for ya. But at least the professor can make a nuklear reactor from coconuts.
i heard all about the pixels and the fuss its causing. and so im holding off till there are more games i want, and better design/less dead pixels and such.
looks good overall. just to much small pixel problems they dont care about for me to spend that much money on something i wont use allot
i just played some halo 2 with my friend. we did only one level. cause it took soooo long for it to load up. at one point we were counting the % done with it.
i hope his second xbox isn't having its drive die on him.. such POS drives they used
i know "geeks" who love sports... memerise every stat they can about every player they can for there entire life!
i call jocks geeks when they do this. cause... damn! how the f* can someone memorise lots of numbers, and then say some kid who can run a computer is a geek...
not sure. but i think it was put on for all the spam bots posting to the site recently. so i understand it being around.

i thought that in doom, where i would see a lip.... just taller than a staircase... nope, cant climb up it. you have to run all around til you find a staircase/ect
its one of my annoyances with FFxi, though its less aparent in that game. Jump is so much well ingraned, if you dont have it, you shoudl be able to pass junk on the field in somehow believable ways. like say, stepping over it.
yes there are... there just played through an emulator on the xbox to play nes/snes/mame games... oh wait... you mean good games on a new console? silly, there more "interactive movies" than games now-a-days
16x dvd and 16x cdrom speeds are different as far as i remember. so compairing the two isn't to...

also. anyone else hate this damn script word comprimation. the last 3 i got (just to post this) were to line ridden to tell o's from q' and 2's from b's (lots of lines over it all the same thickness as the letters and over lines) its begining to piss me off. start maybe doing colors or something? something to let people differentiate them all
i think its the fact, the wireless keyboards that arnt bluetooth, are 100$ and all the wireless bluetooth ones i see (the same brand and model) are around 200$
just a bit to much of a price jump to try bluetooth. and the batteries in my wireless keyboard last longer than my lease do.
except you earn money by gambling your hard earned money into the whole deal.
you give them money to use, if they make a profit... you get more back...
some of the theaters here i noticed are so grounded, or insulated, that my cell didn't get reception. and in the last few places i lived was close. not sure if its on purpose or not, but it isn't that big of a deal for me.
actually, i'm one of the lucky ones where the cable companies f*ss up and forget to actually disconnect cable or some such. so i didn't do anything, but i got the basic cable (60+ channels now!) for free. its nice, since i dont think its worth the 30-60$ a month for cable when i mainly have it on as background noise
my TV is generally my background music, i like to hear a mix of music (mtv not so good for that anyway) and work on other things, occasionally taking a break to watch a video i like.
my xbox now serves this as i downloaded untold amounts of music videos that i play on mplayer when doing stuff on my computer or cleaning up my room.
i do wish more would come out, or a good channel with more to watch. or a stream of different types of music videos. but it works for now.
i think most peoples argument is that they play only 5 different videos ever, (when i see, there mostly rap videos) and then reality TV, which i think is ok, but not as much as its shown.
along the same lines, mtv should have music to throw on anytime of the day, but its not "making money" thats what they want is money, cheap show with large viewer bases (damn reality TV there for you again!) i still gotta hand it to MTV for making up that show type. I'm pretty sure road rules and real world are close to being, if not are the original reality TV. not survivor, its just the more known one now i guess..../end rant
