    Well, three things...

A: I wouldn't put it past the RIAA, they may be at their last straw...

B: But then again, if it is, that might be the end of them when they're figured out

C: So, I doubt the RIAA would be that stupid. If they did that it would just make them look even more bad than they look now, and they would have a hell of a big lawsuit on their tail, so I doubt it is them.

So what is it? In any scenario, I think the RIAA will get some grief for this.

It all goes to the end. Underground P2P using any amount of different P2P engines, each one very small yet set to a point where they are all interconnected so they can't find them. A vast web of P2P, methinks, will happen, with small programs that keep on changing to appear benign. Or something cool like that.

Still, I thought it would the the US that would come out with the P2P KGB first, really.

Still, I would rather do my own story and realize that it's already been done than downright copy someone else's world. I mean, one of the fun things about writing a comic/story is coming up with your own world and characters. The fact that other people have incredibly similar plot lines simply means you and other hacks...err... writers think the same... which can either be an ego booster or an ego crusher, you decide.

Fanfics and such annoy me though... Seriously.... My Eng 256 (creative writing) class was 50% fanfic, mostly of anime, and most of it being utter crap. I swear, while I can understand that one *might* get more acceptance if he treads on the beaten path, I find that it's just a lo teasier to be creative and make my own plots and characters. That's half the fun of writing a comic/story, right?

I agree with that to an extent, with anime, I believe that they need to quit creating sequels and come up with more original things. Take Gundam, for an example: They have made endless gundam series, it's getting old. I like stuff that its original, like Serial experiement Lain (which I'm suprised hasn't gotten more attention here... I mean, a hacker girl who becomes a god online...) or some of Miziaki's work.
