Sure but rules are not the same thing as cherry picking written down versions of oral history. You do realize that, right? You might as well make them up on the spot if you are going to do that.
I totally agree. Windows 8 though will be a failure/lesser sold version like Vista. Businesses just don't upgrade that often and only now are they really getting everyone to 7.
Success of SharePoint? Really? I thought it was dieing out now that most had figured out it really cannot be managed by non-IT folks. Which is how they sold it. Office 365 is a little early to call a success and I bet it will be a long time before it is in the enterprise. Azure is again too early to call, but looks good. If MS could deal with losing a little bit of the desktop market all this stuff could have been much better. Sharepoint for example should not be such a PITA for folks not running windows and IE. That would have helped a lot. Windows Server is doing that now, finally coming around to headless operation and an ok if not great shell. All those things are not Windowsy but those markets demand it.
Because they said they wanted his business when they took his money. If they did not want to deal with him they should never have taken his money.
He paid $X for transport from Y to Z, they should be obligated to provide that one way or another. Just as you cannot normally cancel a flight once you purchase it, they should not be able to do so once they take the money.
You mean you are making claims you cannot backup, fine just say so.
There are none spreading right now. The ones you tried to show off generally impacted other software or are lab stuff. The same BS we have seen for ages.
Could someone make one? Possible, but very unlikely so far.
I am not sure what a zelot is, but I am no zealot. I am typing this on a mac!
No one went to jail and they paid a tiny sum compared to their income or the damage they did.
Personally, I would have made them replace any lost revenue for everyone impacted. I would have also prevented them from ever drilling in that area again. Let another company take a crack at it.
Without the government there would be no enforcer of rights. BP would simply ignore any attempt at arbitration or have you killed.
The system you describe would result in feudalism in a very short time. The rich would simply do anything they wanted. You are incredibly naive if you think that would work, more naive than your average college communist even. The real solution is rigorous enforcement of law.
Says someone who never got soaked by a defective pump.
Even if I do grant you that, should I change into garage clothes to apply fertilizer sticks to house plants? When I go to the range? When I go to the golf course, since the sprinklers also fertilize?
What the heck are you one about? The bible is a collection of stories, what stories go in it is decided by each branch of christianity. They vary quite a bit. The constitution is one document written at one time and not a collection of oral traditions only written down centuries later.
I read your links, they were mostly not viruses. Or ancient.
So now calling you on your bullshit is trolling?
Lets see a real virus, meaning it spreads itself that targets linux. The kernel, or the standard GNU based machine. Not something that targets flash or open office.
Have any that are real? You first link shows nothing like what you claim. Most of them are ancient and attack something that is not part of linux like openoffice.
Sure, but then the box powering you cad session will be your smartphone docked into that stuff. Same way I use a laptop now.

If you cannot move that fast then get out of the way.
Half assed attempts later just lose money.

You put on your garage clothes every time you put gas in your car?
If jet blue failed to find him another flight they should be paying that extra $700.
Early stages are very easy to miss.
I know, I am basically waiting for it due to other thyroid problems.

Could you not use membranes like they do for desalination?
If you are BP you can dump your waste on your neighbors property all you like. You can keep him tied up in court forever.
Polluting public property should be a criminal act not a civil issue. With public property the government could also sue.
And what would the rate be if we examined all kids that thoroughly?

Even the 10W CPU is enough for me and the vast majority.
Please name some of these viruses. I will wait.
What are you smoking?
Smartphones will likely replace desktops when docked at some point.
Or at least for these articles ban the ACs.
If you want to say stupid hateful shit at least let it stick with you.
Says someone with bigger issues.
Why do you care? The fact that you do says something about you.
iOS is not linux. Android is. It uses the kernel and is not proprietary.
