Potato is a nightshade IIRC. As is the tobbacco plant.

As for the tomato == vegetable idea, if you don't know this, it may interest you. The supreme court of the united states declared the tomato a vegetable sometime in teh 1830s. At that time vegetables were taxed and fruits were not. A fruit importer was shipping tomatoes tax free, and he got in trouble for it. After that decision, tomatoes had all the legal attributes that vegetables did.

The guy's name was John Nix if you want to google up some more information.

Interesting question. To answer it, I went to the dictionary and found this:
Planet: A nonluminous celestial body larger than an asteroid or comet, illuminated by light from a star, such as the sun, around which it revolves.
Emphasis mine. A quick look for asteroid got this:
Asteriod: Any of numerous small celestial bodies that revolve around the sun, with orbits lying chiefly between Mars and Jupiter and characteristic diameters between a few and several hundred kilometers.
Emphasis mine again. Perhaps the dictionary needs some changing.

First of all, DRM can be applied to Ogg, so that's a non issue.

Far superior? Perhaps, but it depends largely on how you're encoding. At 192 Kb/s, AAC sounds generally better than Ogg Vorbis, which sounds generally better than MP3. However, Ogg Vorbis really shines at lower bitrates. Do a double blind test at around 64 Kb/s, and Vorbis will absolutely kick every other codecs ass. It will then laugh at its funeral and then piss on its grave.

That being said, Ogg Vorbis really wouldn't be right for this. Use the right tool for the job I always say.

I found, for my personal preference, that 128kbps AAC was at least as good as 192kbps MP3, if not better.

This statement irks me to no end. Your wording is better than most others though as you used for your preference.

The thing to remember is that MP3 and AAC are different encodings. Comparing AAC to MP3 (to OGG to WMA...) is not like comparing MP3 algorithms. AAC will throw out different sounds that MP3 will keep, and vice versa. For example, a symbol crash sounds a lot better on an MP3 than it does on a similarly encoded AAC (I use LAME MP3s and iTunes AACs, they might sound different on others). However, vocals are clearer on AAC than MP3. I find overall AAC is superior to MP3, and that's what I have my songs as. However, saying a 192 AAC == 128 MP3 is a bit faulty. Both have their strengths and both have their weaknesses.
