    You have to be 18 to take your education furthur? Why can't someone learn something that will influence their coding for the rest of their lives? if they know how to code, then why can't they learn to use it? Many aspiring minorities have empty summers and would love an open door.

    I had a personal website QaBOjk.com, i forgot to renew, and when i got around to it some company snatched it on me.. pissed me right off because i've used that nickname since i started using the net, and i was rather fond of my email address: jerome[at]qabojk.com They have no justify reason to steal my domain name! what? qabojk enterprises might wanna buy it? QABOJK?? its not even a word!!! those bastards..

    I'd say that the gov't should make these companies provide more authentication, but all it would do is prove a barrier against legitimate users while the criminals would just find a way around.

    Authentication.. how about a 'contract' stating you must actively use your free hosting account for 30days or get a penalty fee. Gives the hosting company a chance to catch up on whos doing what

    Business's already have a wonder number. 1-800-abcdefg you call that number, you have directory options to contact whoever you need. and some people like having a 1-800 wonder number forward to their cell, phone, email, etc. So basically this 'wonder number' already exists, but now will be more readily available in austrailia for consumers.
