i think we need wireless power supplies =))))
think about never recharging your mobile or using your notebook for ever!!!!!!
but i am sure the bush administration is delaying this kind of development because of their fear of terrorim!!!!!
bush personally fears to be blown up by a former enron employee
by bringing his mobile to explosion by overcharging it!!!!!!
what if there is no such employment anymore???
if you can't find an other job you will take what is there... so if you have the choice between to work 80 hours a week or no job??? for a salary worth 40 h a week i think there has the government to protect their people
but... what if this patch breaks your important system???? what is common for ms patchs....
then you get f*** for taking down a working system and you can never prove you had done something necessary if you can't trust the patches you have to wait 'till you have feedback from other users
that means to have to check for every patch in combination to every applications you use
at many points it is even easier to "drop the ball" and reinstall after something happened
but actually it's a new page
just remebered me of some guy taking apart one way photo cams to take out capacitor to build his own homemade gaussian gun
it looks like the us economy is killing it self with its patent law. i can't see a lot of room for inovation in this whole thing. and that is what is needed. on long term what is better to protect content/ideas or to make new one???
seems they also thought about this

Patents
Question 122: Could patents be used to completely disable Mono (either submarine patents filed now, or changes made by Microsoft specifically to create patent problems)?
No. First, its basic functional capabilities have pre-existed too long to be held up by patents. The basic components of Mono are technologically equivalent to Sun's Java technology, which has been around for years.
Mono will also implement multi-language and multi-architecture support, but there are previous technologies such as UCSD p-code and ANDF that also support multiple languages using a common intermediate language. The libraries are similar to other language's libraries, so again, they're too similar to be patentable in large measure.
However, if Microsoft does patent some technology, then our plan is to either (1) work around it, (2) chop out patented pieces, (3) find prior art that would render the patent useless. Not providing a patented capability would weaken the interoperability, but it would still provide the free software / open source software community with good development tools, which is the primary reason for developing Mono.
if we are not criminals we can keep semi-automatic rifles at home and i dont think ammo is limitet (not exactly sure about this) for a hand-gun you need licence (silencer, laserpointer and knifes with blades over 9 cm are no longer allowed
we are not allowed to have full-automatic weapons except of the army rifle
we have not many gun crimes compared to US
one point is the size of our country:p another the mentality about use of a gun
if you can find 100'000 (1.5%) people supporting your cause it is important and you can vote about it. if it is a law you want to decline you only need 50'000 i think
yeah of course:p
if we join the army we get a automatic rifle and even some bullets to keep at home (it's part of our militia system) but it is not legal to buy or own other such weapons they wanted do requier tank crews to keep their tanks at home but nobody had space for it, so they just sold the old once to people for near to nothing, it's a shame that you have to keep it inside of a building or i would have bought one:p what we have is called a half direct democracy that means we have some sort of congress too and to my happiness no president(if i look at bush). but we have also the possibility to infulence our law or constitution directly by a public vote what you have is called a indirect democracy in our schools
there is a vote for cantons
but there is also a "big" public vote and this was won somewhat clearer....
because all this swiss about neutrality it was a difficult vote
then you have to educate a lot of swiss citizens
i thought you live by a democratic system even if it is a republic....
or maybe you aren't any better then saddam:p
i can approve this is true:p
it has to be funny to be a lawyer in US. always people discovering new laws never used before:p
and to be cheap:
in sovjet russia laws vote you!!!!!
but it's still stupid.
if someone from McD had thrown the coffee at her..
coffee has to be hot. at least where I live. this is comon knowledge like passing a street can be dangerous... or jumping from a high spot can hurt you...
i wonder if i could sue someone for not writing at every high spot it is dangerous to jump down... btw to hard sentences are criminalise people...
i enjoy smoking my weed without going to jail.
so switzerland is a lot more "free" for me!!!
and you can start drinking beer with sixteen but you have to wait with driving a car to 18
and i don't like to be sued about some shit. ( like me making hot coffee= ) everything has some pro contra points maybe some people in iraq even enjoy living with sadam that we don't know someones way of live doesn't mean ours is better...
in some newspaper i saw an article about bush stating somewhat like:"It is more terrible to raise children then to go to war!!! And I had it both!!"
below there the paper wrote that he acctually lied..
he should have claimed to have been in vietnam but he was reserve at home in teh states:p
this would be really frustrating to new users because they would never be heared and as effect of this never modded up and then disappeare =(((
i think we need wireless power supplies =))))

you miss one point...
opensource != free software

just remebered me of some guy taking apart one way photo cams to take out capacitor to build his own homemade gaussian gun
looks like a lot more fun
or this
you can easily hide programs from taskmanager... or protect them
