    Instead Stowell suggested that SCO would take out after other unidentified operating systems that drive something from Unix and hinted that that might mean Microsoft itself since Boies was involved.

    it sounds like the windows ip implementation could be a target too...

    if you buy a pc you get ie
    they should exclude ie out of windows or include mozilla and opera
    and i only know no-geek people using netscape because they are used to it, but not any no-geek would use mozilla or opera because they simply dont know it

    this issue is pointless ...
    it's about server not desktops ....
    i normaly don't check if its a windows or linux server that handels a web page or filesharing
    and it will have absolute no impact to anyones productivity except if its down (windows weakest point)

    if the dose is so high there is no more warning needed....
    under normal conditions you will get non lethal radiation doses which can be dangerous if you get exposed to long ...
    it's more a sunbath then a grilling ...

    won't stay like this if the "hypothetical" maket share of linux grows
    at the moment there is only windows hardware with hacked drivers or some companys releasing unsupported drivers
    maybe this will change.. i dream of the day i have to go to a shop and ask "can i use this with windows???"
    try your hardware in 2 to 3 years under windows .. good luck if it isn't of a brand with good support

    Well...yes. Again, if you've been abusing your car, like drag racing it, and if your warranty doesn't cover that, then it'll be found out and service refused. Again, results in lower prices to those of us that *aren't* thrashing our cars -- we don't have to subsidize your bad habits.
    do you really think you would see just one cent of this money???
    in the case of a crash logs should be just accessible to the police to prevent manipulation by garagists or manufacturers
    this means there has to be an open standart or it will be to expensive
    for privacy reasons the logs of the crash-relevant data shoul be submitted anonymous to manufacturers and all saved data should be accessible by the car owner in a noncrash case =)))

    yeah it's true i don't like microsoft products..
    mainly because i used them for some time
    i know linux is not everything.. but for me it's better than m$
    if you are happy about windows, stay with it, but there are lots of people who aren't happy and don't know there is something else/better
    then my last post was suposed to be funny and ironically if you don't get it, your problem
    btw where can i get this cancer you are talking about???? i called everywhere ... not even walmart has it and they 've got everything, even lindowsOS

    "if it was a linux / unix machine the thiefs would not know how to use it."
    but i can assure you this way it is much better.
    cause it's windows it will crash every time they try to access the data and finally the govs can trace 'em with help of the m$ spyware =))))))

    Just because it's been in use for a long time doesn't mean it's the best that can be done nor does it mean it even works correctly.

    hmm, a good example is windows
    so keep the bluescreens ... everyone is used to them.. and drop stability and security
    because nobody is used to it
