It schedules the task at a lower priority and allows you to do other tasks. I usualy watch movies on the same machine while compiling.

This is interesting but what about the fact that in diffent cultures eye contact is considered rude or a chalange of ones authority? Will the software have some sort of flag that would reverse the values if the user happens to be japanese or certian native american tribes? Also what about people who are shy or have low self esteem. They would become electronic outcasts just as in real life.

It should also be noted that these steps will protect you from popups and security exploits that occur so frequently in IE.

I actually got a flyer in the mail awhile ago to register a page though I threw it away.
I use various methods for filtering spam but by far the most effective one is to just randomly delete files ;)
