    I have A20m, just charged up a new battery for it today. Bought it (the battery) over 2 years ago and never been used! It has over 58 Wh left on it :-).

    My existing battery which came with the original laptop still has 38Wh left after 2 years, but only 33 cycles on it. It still goes good for about 2 hours. I use battery sparingly and only when absolutely necessary.

    Why hasn't Linux made an impact on the desktop market?

    Cos those moving Linux forward are just developers! Yes developers in their own little binary world, that fail to see the bigger picture. Who's out their to lead Linux, market it and have a vision? No ONE.

    We don't see Linux explicitely targeting a market, and somehow people expect Linux to 'catch on'. Like someone said I need to be convinced to switch over. Linux forever will be caught in limbo without an element of commercialism. The price paid for open source.

    Don't give me that bullshit that Linux was never intended for mainstream. I find it disappointing that a collective effort and many years of hard work just comes to a penguin box for only a handful of l33t.
