Yup 1 penny.no kidding they had a main frame neer hinsdale central that the schools time shared. After that the schools went with apples, instead of the terminals.Back on topic I generly agree that you may need to demonstrate a weekness to get motivation for a fix. Providing that no harm is done and every thing is documented. been up all nite tired later:)

The heat issue was solved by covering up the side vents, returning the case to somewhat of the industry standered. For 250 dollers you think the company would know better. On to the asus board, the amd chip he is using has the north brige chip on the processor.(I am an intel guy )or the memory controller, the south brige chip is right in line with the second BFG card these high performance cards have the new six wire power plug on them.So with new board two new graphics cards and new power supply etc.,far cry atall look sweet till the heat issue,10 min.later or less processor heats up (we thought) .You better know what you getting into with this setup. lots of trial on error on our part, but boy does it look good.later

Be able to change the wiring without tearing up the walls keeps the S.O. happy, nice.

Is this encroching on the possibility that once you start working in one house (company)you may be tanted to work in others. I remember somebody who worked for Arther Anderson an could not get another acounting job, because of the way thay where trained at anderson. The retraining was cost prohibitive. Will companys start to not hire the experienced, cause of intellectual property concerns?
