I don't think you pay for the R&D cost (which is about 20% here in Canada) It's probably the publicity. I've been in the US a couple of time and was amaze at how much drug publicity you have on TV. We don't have that here. Also the kickback to the doctor aren't allowed here also.
I don't think they make this to sell more by attracting people who doesn't want their albums but only the flash drive. I think it's a great idea and knowing the political leaning of the group(leftist), I'm pretty sure it wont be DRMed. (This is all related to the same value system, isn't it?)
Hope some day I'll be able to check my quebecois passport. Until then I only have a passport of a foreign country.

When i used middle click (to open a new tab) in mozilla 1.7.3/windows the bug isn't trigerred. If someone could give a simple explanation it would be appreciated.
