Step 1. Get lawyer who will work on contingency.
Step 2. Put name on the list with a LOT of songs being distributed.
Step 3. Wait until RIAA sues you.
Step 4. Countersue for fraud or if that doesn't work some frivolous counterpart. Be sure to include mental and emotional anguish.

Diamonds & the RIAA
·
· Score: 2, Interesting
Even if Debeers can bring this innovation down and integrate it into their monopoly, they cannot keep their empire forever.
With the benefits that diamonds can bring to the tech sector, there will be a large demand for cheap diamonds with the right molecular properties. In other words, demand will bring about many more synthetic diamonds and Debeers can't stop them all.
First, easy enough, don't buy their CDs. If you think the music is too expensive, don't buy it.
Second, don't upload, download or share and music associated with the RIAA. If you possess music files that were not purchased, unless the songs are free, it's stealing. Either buy the song or delete it.
If nobody has RIAA music on their computers, RIAA can't use P2P stealing as an excuse.
Third, don't even watch music videos or listen to the radio when RIAA songs are playing. Since advertising revenue comes from here, doing this will help them.
When people start legally battling RIAA by ignoring them, then they will eventually die.
Bottom line, music is arguable a luxury, not a necessity. There are many alternatives to RIAA music. Choose one of those alternatives.
The penis-enlarging pills were SPAM? You mean they don't work.
I guess I should stop taking.... I mean...um...I've uh never taken penis-enlarging pills.....
Simply put. PS2 likely has more games then Gamecube and Xbox combined. It already has more games than N64 which is saying something.
PS2 has a lot of adult games, kids games, sports games....it has a lot of games. The sheer number and variety makes it a desirable system to get. It's why the original PS beast N64.
Xbox right now is banking on multi-player but without the large number of good games, they will not be able to eat into PS2's market share.
Outside of the few Nintendo greats: Metroid, Zelda, Mario, etc... there's not much to look forward to. More 3rd party support and more games in general could give Nintendo the edge it needs.
I think that they are just trying to utilize current AI technology to further expand it. AI in chess often consisted of analyzing every possible move.
Foosball while not as intellectual has much more freedom of movement, relative to chess. Also, the AI has to react with fast reflexes as opposed to the long periods of thinking a chess computer can do.
I think Foosball could be used to help advance AI. It has unique challenges but is still constrained enough to prevent the problem from being too big.
FYI, there were a group of students in my university that also designed an AI foosball table for a fourth year project. They used sensors on the floor instead of a camera.

This is simply another way of stating that what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Unfortunately the corollory is that what doesn't make you stronger can only kill you.
