I would go so far as to say that most experienced programmers teach beginner programmers not to use goto because of its potential for misuse (and breaking your code), but when used properly it can be incredibly powerful. The hard part is getting over the stigma and acknowledging that "Yes, this is where I should use goto."
The Wii comes with a boxing game, I haven't played it yet though.
It's freaking awesome. I was sweating after three matches. It takes a while to get used to (hey, the tutorial helped when we finally had the patience to follow it) but once you do, no one who is... well it's not button mashing anymore, air mashing? No one who is air mashing can compete with you. And it's a great workout.
I'm '83 also and I think I would've loved going for a run, but I got the drugs instead If we're lucky, the next generation, our children, will turn out better for all the stupidity we've had to watch
