But the reason this tyrant had to be stopped, was bacause he had WMD. No WMD has been found.
Had the reason for the war been to liberate the Iraqies and rid the world of an oppressive dictator who commit genocide, then I and meny others would have applauded the war. But I guess that can of worms is a little scary to open, considering how many dictators fall into that category.
Both the government and the accused have the right to appeal any verdict two times. The appeal may be refused. After the first acquittal, the government appealed, but was rejected. They then took some time to decide whether they wanted to appeal to the supreme court. They decided not to, and the case is over for all time.
This was both an explanation of the appeals process, and the informative stuff form the article. The rest was just fluff form Johansen's lawyer, and some history of the case.
And the article was in Norwegian, not Swedish. But I believe most Swedes would be able to read it regardless.
I have to disagree with you with regards to the HD.
You are correct with regards to the fixed cost, but the biggest mistake was in limiting the usefullness of it. Had they included the ability to play mp3's or even wma and let the xbox be a mediacenter, then the HD would have been a great selling poit.
"Maybe they're suckers, or maybe they just don't exist."
Not necessarily so.
Let me just put on my tin foil hat and I'll get to my point.
MS is a fortune 500 company I would assume. And they certainly do exist. Why not get themselves a couple of linux boxes and then license them from SCO just to add credibility to SCO's claim.
If not MS then perhaps another company that is interested in the keeping the FUD going.
I think I have heard something about Xerox getting into that fight as well. I think they sued Apple because the Apple had copied Xerox originally.
Anybody out there remember this case?
And remember. AV software is indeed bundled by a lot of the box-pushers.

Then wait a month until they release it for FTP-install. You don't get ISO's, but you do get to install it for free.
Hey. Pay attention. We like IBM now.
No. That would be OSX

At least it'll be easy to implement a "nag-screen" that definetly will get people to register.
